We booked 3 islands trip and it delayed for 40 minutes as they were waiting for more customers and then went in hurry, cut down snorkeling time to only 20 minutes (in the whole trip) so they can finish on time. The sea was rough and I felt like the speed boat could have broken into pieces. Thanks God we made it alive ! All they want is your money so do your own check before going !

We paid for the 5 island package and on arrival we were told to pay an extra 200 for a foreigner entrance free at one the islands (even if we stay on the boat). It was raining and they refused to cancel. Our vessel almost capsized with the huge waves and heavy rain! Please , do not book. Rain or shine, they want the money and don’t care about your safety. Thankful to be home and safe.

We enjoyed our day out on the boat yesterday. The crew, mainly young men, did their best to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. I estimate that we had around 50 people onboard our trip. The provided lunch was good, though we skipped the late afternoon BBQ snack as we’d ingested far too much salt water from the snorkelling! I’m really pleased to see how Thailand is engaging with marine reserves. Some other reviewers have commented that the areas of interest are small and busy with other boats and people. This is true, but remember that progress towards marine protected areas is happening and that by participating in a trip like this continues to support their expansion. If you’re looking for a more private experience, then be prepared to pay to charter a boat and skipper to take you to the areas. For us, paying 700bht (+200bht national park fee), we felt that we had good value and enjoyed our day immensely. My only wish would be for the boat company to move away from single use plastics onboard the vessel to support the reduction of marine plastic pollution.

The cost of the day trip for the 5 snorkelling spots is real value for money. Plenty of time at all the spots and the food is also good. I lost my wallet on board and the crew did everything they could to find it but it didn't show up before we left the boat. During the trip home (transportation was included in the cost of the trip). The driver stopped and he had received a text that they had found the wallet. They said they would deliver to my hotel the next day and true to their word it turned up in the morning. I cannot thank them enough the captain and the crew deserve all the credit and even though there was nothing valuable in the wallet the integrity they showed was fantastic.

We went on their half day speed boat tour with stops on three islands. Nothing to complain about. Great staff, good lunch and equipment looked good (although we brought our own). Before going back to Bang bao the boat stops to feed monkeys with lunch left-overs.
