Fantastic 2 hours.
We saw monkeys .
Free drinks and fruit.
Great ropes and activities.
The blue half is easy and not to scared and was more fun. Then you have s break then do the blue run. Wow it's hard , high and really scared. We all did it. 150 m long cable slide. It was brilliant through the jungle .
Can't rate it enough.
Can't believe I did it all.
Strenuously but worth it.
Great views of the seasons beech.
Brill!!!👍👍👍👍

My mate and i were driving towards Bang Bao when we saw the sign saying "Tree top" on the side of the road. We came to have a look and the receptionnist welcomed us with a coffee and gave us a book showing pictures and safety instructions. Some people were already sliding from one tree to the other, and we decided to try our chance. Peng, our guide for this adventure, gave us all the equipment and took us to the training. He told us all the safety instructions and we got to try ourselves afterwards, using the carabiners and the poulie for longer zip-lines. Once everyone felt ready we started the first course. About one hour of laugh, with tricky rope bridges, some funny zip lines and the coolest was the flying skateboard !!! After that effort it was time for a break with fruits and water provided by Peng. 10 minutes later it was time for "higher" challenge :) First a monkey bridge that took us to a platform with an amazing view upon Bai Lan Beach, just followed by a 150meters long zip-line. More suprises and obstacles were to come and we finished that great adventure with a proper Tarzan rope, using our Jungle screaming skills  That was a great afternoon and we totally recommended it to the other travellers we met on Koh Chang.

We had our vacation at Koh Chang with our children 7 and 9 years old. We wanted to do something spectacular and had heard good things about this adventure. We looked and read quite carefully at their website and decided to go.
We came around 9.30 and saw a line of people in the trees waiting for their turn. We went to the information and the first thing they said was that our 7 year old girl was to young and to short...
The whole trip just went down the drain - and our son (9 years) became very, very disappointed - we really checked the website and did't see anything regarding the heights - you have a whole page about safety, maybe write something there about it?!

We have done this kind of adventure before with the kids in Switzerland and it was no problems. You can, without any problems in Thailand, go by motorbike without an helmet...
It also said on the website that the tariff was 940B/person but on site it was 1100B.

Regards
Anna

It is just unbelievable that Trip Advisor let some coments like this. Absolutely not professionnal. 1° Here is what we say on website, cannot be more clear : Tree Top Adventure Park Thailand- Koh Chang, Pattaya Minimum height for participants is 140 cm., children less than 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult and should have an appropriate physical & mental development. Guests should wear comfortable outdoor clothing such as a T-shirt and shorts, Flat-sole sneakers for walking on cable. No sandals allowed. 2° You didn't play how can trip advisor let you judje ? 3° If you don't want to put helmet and take risk, this is your problem, impose it to your kids is just crazy. Ou problem is to certify 100% safety for all customers. We are under European certification, not under thai easy lifestyle for an activitie like this.

December 25, 2017 at 11 am with my girlfriend, we came to your park on the island of Koh Chang.
After the story about safety, we were allowed on the track. After passing the very first track we were taken on a red track. The first trip between the two trees is about 150 meters.
I went first, and a minute later my girlfriend came with a bloody head! This moment was on the video. In the middle of the path between the two trees she hit her head against a tree branch and got a dissection of the head!
The fault of the staff who just do not cut down a tree branch.
We were immediately removed from the road and led to the place of registration.
Then we were taken by car to an international hospital. On the way to us joined manager, her name is Nok. In the hospital, the girl underwent surgery and prescribed a course of antibiotics, and she also had to come to the hospital on a daily basis to replace the bandage on the head.
Bathe in the sea is forbidden, our photosession also will not take place ... Our vacation is spoiled ...
At the registration in the park we signed the insurance, so Nok paid for medical services. After the hospital, we asked Nok - what will happen next. She replied that she would pay for the dressing in another hospital, we need to come there every day by taxi at our expense!
Or she gives us money for the tickets. Of course in an unfamiliar country, we chose her help. We did not see her again.
The next day at another hospital we were met by a man who introduced himself as a friend of Nok. He paid for the hospital's services and demanded for a copy of the passport for the insurance company so that the insurance would reimburse the expenses of your park.
We asked to contact Nok and asked her - if the insurance will give you money for the hospital's services, why can not we refund the money for the tickets? She replied that this is blackmail, and that if we do not give a copy of the passport - she will "lost" our insurance and call the police!!!
We also had to sign several documents, including the empty form for insurance.
The next day we signed all the documents and no longer wanted to see these unpleasant people.
I wrote a letter to the representatives of the park describing the situation. In response, a letter came with apologies, promises that the route would make it safer. The manager thought that we were blackmailers and therefore refused to return money ... The girl in tears and in blood is a blackmailer ?!
At the end of the letter, the organizers wrote that they would gladly return the money for the tickets. After my offer to use the services of Western Union, no one else answered me. A terrible company!

I had a pretty bad experience at this spot.
The park consists of maybe 40 different 'flights' and the experience requires a lot of climbing and balancing on metal ropes and very little jumping across trees. However there was nothing fundamentally wrong with the setup and the location.

What made me regret giving this business my money was the unbelievably disrespectful staff, which seem to behave as if they couldn't possibly suffer any consequences for disrespecting their customers. They raised their voice (!!) with some people whenever they didn't understand their instructions the first time and a few occasions I even caught them badmouthing some foreigners in Thai, safe in their presumption that nobody could understand them. At the end one of them even talked back aggressively at a woman who asked if her family could have a ride back to town early (a ride which they had already paid for).

I've seen some pretty rude people in the tourism industry in Thailand over the years, but these people definitely take the cake.

Dear Andrea, First of all, thank you for your review and we express our apologies for the situation you and other customers went through. After investigating the facts with our staff, we would like to say that there was and simply never will be any excuses for the way one of our staff spoke to customers during that session. It may be true that our park welcomes customers from all over the world and communicating may be a challenge when English is not the mother tongue. Given that our staff are non-native speakers, there may be times when tones are raised during the safety training or on the adventure course to obtain the attention of customers. In the case where the lady customer asked about transportation back to her hotel, the paid roundtrip service was definitely provided but to provided with the same group she came with otherwise the other customers would have to wait a long time before the transportation returned to pick them up. Transfer is provided for 2 of our 3 sessions so that there is sufficient time to pickup and sendoff customers staying at different locations on the island. To reiterate our sincere apologies, all staff and especially for the one staff in particular (that thought there wouldn’t be any consequences), we have strongly reprimanded him for his manner and there won’t be a second time it will happen.

We came aftar we did the tree top in Kanchanaburi (it was amazing!!!). But in Ko chang there was no guide that explain us how we need to cross the different levels. We were the first to go in the group and my wife fell very badly (she was bleeding). Only aftar a few minutes somone came to help her to get down although the guides saw her trying and asking for help (she couldn't move because of the pain). Aftar she got down no one came with first aid to help and we needed to improvize something. They wouldn't agree to take us to the hospital although we pay for taxi services in advance. Just aftar half an hour and a lot of arguing - they agreed. Worst exprience ever.

I went at the beginning when they opened around 4 years ago, and they seem not to have repaired anything or upgraded the equipment since then, even after being in the jungle in the rain for all that time. It seems to be quite dangerous with alot of the wooden pieces broken so when you put your foot on the next piece it's rotten and falling apart. the guy who picked us up from the hotel was wearing no shirt, smelled really bad and was rude to us, also had a mix up with the tickets and could not communicate with him and he drove there like a maniac!! When we got there the staff were talking to each other and smoking and we just stood there waiting for some attention. also we were told we would get free fruit/drinks but they had run out of water and had just a few pieces of pineapple which my daughter is allergic too so we started off quite thirsty. The staff hardly spoke to us and the English was poor, which would be fine if we didn't need safety things explained, we asked questions and got no answers. the staff (teenage boys) were interested in the group of Swedish girls that were there at the same time, but not us at all. it was very sad because i had been before and told my family how great it was and then were treated really badly, even though the price had gone up!!! i must say the gibbon experience in comparison is more safe and proffessional, and with good equipment and friendly staff. I would not go to treetop again

Course was pretty fun, but maybe too easy. The staff, especially the pick up and drop off driver was the rudest thai I had ever met in 3 years living in the country. I was pouring rain so we wanted to get dropped off in front of a restaurant instead of our hotel so I tapped on the window to tell him so (in good Thai) and he flipped out, drove very dangerously even by thai standards, and cursed at us. Not a great ending to the day. The rest of the staff was pointlessly rude and contemptuous of the customers who were roundly ignored. The staff seemed especially rude to my Korean family members who can't speak English well. The place could have been really cool but it was clear that they were only chasing money. Bathrooms were impeccably clean though.

When we arrived with our group of nine people (4 adults, 5 kids), we were left to ourselves. This was our first time (which we mentioned) but no explenation, no help, no interest in our group. We were the only group in that time. Very strange beheviour. Staff do not know how to treat a customer. At the time we decided to go for the adventure they suddenly made a rush and wanted our signature and names written down...hurry, hurry, just fill it in, NOW! Realy rude! Whe we asked why they were so rude to us they told us they didn't liked our behaviour... Just 2 families with kids...
This was the bottem line. We went away en realy don't come back here anymore!

We believe business is great for them, so they have lost the way how to treat a customer properly!

Thank you for your review. First of all, we apologize for your bad experience and after investigating the situation, we have taken appropriate measures to the way one of our staff welcomed you. We understand that your group came as a walk-in at around 11:30am in between the scheduled rounds (9am, 11am, and 2pm) and our staff were taking care of the 11am session. In cases customers walk in without a reservation, our staff try to limit customer waiting time by including you into the current session if it doesn’t delay the customers in the same session. If walk-in customers do not decide to join the current session, our staff will be off into the adventure course to monitor the current customers. It is not our staff’s intention to leave you unattended. It seems that the wording and rush to attend the pending customers came out in a negative way. We deeply apologize for this incident and will teach our staff appropriate phrases to explain to customers what to do in such circumstances (they are non-native English speakers).
