We arrived earlier with our flight in BKK 4am but the driver was there and took us safely to Koh Chang to our hotel. Excellent service, price and driver, the car was very comfortable. We had one stop on the way from Bangkok airport to Koh Chang and the same on the way back to buy drinks or food or go to toilet. Very reliable and on time.

Excellent service. Arranged pick up from trat airport to koh chang. They were on time - sorted out all the ferry tickets etc. We also used them on our return trip. I left my sunglasses in the back of the vehicle, I contacted taxi koh chang and the driver kindly dropped them back to me. We booked through the facebook page where we had very quick and clear replies. I would definitely use taxi koh chang of I come back here.

I can not rate this company highly enough. Booked on line, received confirmation emails. Was at our hotel in Bangkok 30 minutes early. Very polite and efficient. Journey took around 5 hours and was really comfortabley.I would suggest you pre book your ferry tickets based on 5 + hours from Central BKK. Price was more than half the cost of a flight, and it was door to door - perfect.

This review is for the nice couple I met at AT Residence going to Koh Chang by airplane because they were unsure if the taxi service would get them there on time for the ferry.
I read the positive reviews and gave them a try. We've used JJ Taxi before but for some reason they were very slow in responding to emails so booked here. I started by contacting them through their website and then email after. All responses were prompt and information given as needed.
We were picked up early at our hotel in Bangkok at 9 AM and were in our hotel at Chai Chet about 2:40 PM. We had a very nice drive, very good driver and we found much to look at along the way. We stopped at a Rest Stop for washroom and food break and all went smoothly. We were met by “the Boss” while waiting for the ferry & paid him for the trip.
For those who've never made the trip before, the drive from Bangkok to the ferry took 4 hours 15 minutes, then about 25-30minute wait to get on the ferry, 35-40 minutes to get across and off and maybe 25-30 minutes to our hotel for a total of 5 hours & 40 minutes from AT Residence to Coconut Beach Resort.
Our trip went very well, our driver was great and we would use this service again.

Had the Best experience with taxi Koh Chang on a transfer from Bangkok airport to Koh Chang. Unfortunately we were delayed on the way to Bangkok and arrived six hours late, but because of a quick facebook post we were Met by the driver at the exitgate. On the way to Koh Chang we had wifi in the car and could sort out the problems that were caused by the delay. When we arrived at the port the last ferry for the Island had already left and the driver helhed us find a hotel for the night. He then took us the following morning to the ferry and afterwords to the hotel. Al this without any ekstra cost.
Couldnt be more sattisfied with the service from the taxi company.
