From Bangkok Airport to Koh Chang Island there was a 5000 Thai Bath by minibus, but of course we had to pay for the ferry and the entrance to the island. There were only four of us acquaintances and so the trip was very comfortable. Meanwhile, the minibus stopped as many times as we asked. We arrived at the hotel in 6 hours. We were already booked for the return trip there, by the time it arrived on time. There is little difference in price between a car and a minibus, but it is not comparable in terms of comfort.
I recommend everyone to travel like this.

Great service! Booked taxi service online (less than 24hours in advance)for my parents who don’t speak English, chatted with English speaker on WhatsApp. Fast and easy communication and payment. Driver was on time, waited in the lobby before scheduled pick up time, he drove very careful and was professionally dressed. Car was clean, water bottle for passengers, timely rest stop. Will recommend to all my friends and will be back for their services.

Booked online from Denmark - easy.
Good service. We were picked up in Silom in Bangkok and driven to the pier to Koh Kut.
Traffic out of Bangkok was heavy and we were delayed. Our driver was Quick and had a great view for the traffic and at the same time a very safe driver. We made it to the ferry in good time despite the delay in Bangkok.
Next trip is to Cambodia in 4 days with the same Company.

We arrived earlier with our flight in BKK 4am but the driver was there and took us safely to Koh Chang to our hotel. Excellent service, price and driver, the car was very comfortable. We had one stop on the way from Bangkok airport to Koh Chang and the same on the way back to buy drinks or food or go to toilet. Very reliable and on time.

Excellent service. Arranged pick up from trat airport to koh chang. They were on time - sorted out all the ferry tickets etc. We also used them on our return trip. I left my sunglasses in the back of the vehicle, I contacted taxi koh chang and the driver kindly dropped them back to me. We booked through the facebook page where we had very quick and clear replies. I would definitely use taxi koh chang of I come back here.

WARNING! Booked several months before the trip Bangkok-Koh Chang, checked 4 days before that everything was ok, got an answer we will. No one came! Tried emailing no reply. Got a new one quickly so we just caught the ferry. So badly run!

The transfer itself wasn't bad, but the reason for the low score is due to the impossibility to communicate with the Company.
After filling an online form and getting an automated email message, I tried to contact the Company close to the transfer date to get a human confirmation.
I tried to call them on the phone 100 hundred times (not kidding!), not only they never picked up, but they actually hanged up every single time.
Same story on WhatsApp, multiple messages and never a reply.
On the day of the transfer I was really nervous, as in case of no-show I wouldn't have any way to contact the Transfer Company and I would risk to lose the ferry.
At the time of the pick up nobody was waiting for me at the lobby, only when I went to the Concierge to ask for help arranging an alternative way of transport, they said my driver actually arrived and was waiting in the garage.
On top all this, the driver didn't speak a single word of English, we had to use google translator also to request a bathroom stop along the way.
