Lakshman Jhula is a suspension bridge that connects two banks of River Ganga in Rishikesh. This bridge is used by pedestrians and two wheelers to cross River Ganga. This bridge is always crowded as it's main attraction for people visiting Rishikesh and also localities use this to cross the river. Stunning views of himalayan foot hills are seen from the... More

This area of Rishikesh has lots of shops and cafes and is a good place to just walk through the streets of Rishikesh.

Nice for walks and views of Ganga river but not too recommended for summers. Would hope to visit again in winters.

It's an amazing place to enjoy the cool breeze. U are actually standing above the river Ganga and watching it flowing down majestically beneath. It's a breathtaking view.

Very westernized area in Rishikesh waiting to fill your belly, your bag and help you delve into yoga classes. Some of the best shopping in Rishikesh. About 30 minute walk from Swargashram area.

The place retains its charm and between even in this day of commercialization. The scenic beauty of the river and flowing amidst the mountain makes the trip worth it. Try to visit the bridge when it is less crowded like very early morning, otherwise you wiill find it crowded.

A nice excursion for sightseeing near Rishikesh. Enjoyed walk on Laxman Jhula and the view of Ganges. Some nice cafe also around.

An average visit. I felt it lost the charm due to modernization and crowd. Could not feel the same thrill as I got when last visited 37 years before as small kid. Still one has to visit as this is one of the famous attraction in Rishikesh.

This a great place to visit and experience the natural beauty. The crowd and the experience of the jhula makes it a nice one. But the area to reach there is not so clean.
