Very disappointing customer service. We had reservations for a dinner and wine tasting for $84. My date’s father was rushed to the Emergency Room at 5pm and we had to miss the dinner. When I called and asked about a refund or any kind of...More

We stopped in on a Saturday in October 2018. The drive up to the winery is very pretty. Exterior of the building is plain, but the inside is nicely appointed with couches and a large tasting bar. They were PACKED. We had to wait a...More

The tasting room is nicely done, with a warm ambiance. The grounds and outside seating area are also very nice. We were met with a lukewarm greeting by the ladies behind the tasting counter. However, our server quickly warmed up to us and we had...More

This vineyard was the finale of our 4 winery tour adventure. I got the feeling that they do not encourage large groups or tour groups. They were not welcoming or accommodating. They forced us into buying flights as opposed to a full tasting experience. They...More

While on a Wine Safari, we stopped at Kindred Pointe and found good wine, nice people, and a comfortable environment. They have done nice things with an equestrian back ground. A nice visit.

My friends and I visited Kindred Pointe over Labor Day weekend and did both their wine and cider tasting. Both were excellent and had many drinkable wines to choose from. Kindred's wine uses their own grapes, not imported and seems to have gotten some good...More

This winery does not open their gates until 12pm on the nose. Jaz was the nice lady that opened up and did my tasting. The location is lovely right in the Shenandoah Valley with green hills all around and this place also has lots of...More

Being gluten intolerant I love the fact that there are so many wineries with hard ciders. We tried almost all the ciders they offered and they were some really good ones. Super nice staff. Very clean bathrooms and lounge area. So glad we were able...More

Kindred Vinyard lacked a "Kindred Spirit." We were looking forward to a special time with our "Bride to Be." It seemed as though the staff went out of their way to spoil our experience. However, we did buy some of their wine and took our...More
