At our surprised this farm has been in the wine making for 30 years! We were greeted & served by the winemaking manager, who exude self-confident, seemingly well spoken on the wines though with bold arrogant, to which quickly exhausted our senses. Admired their devotions over the years... and best wishes.

What a great find!!! You can select 7 out of their 14 wines to taste. All have a delicious and unique taste. The ambience is cute - very Virginia farm. The tasting staff is very knowledgeable and this winery has been around for 35 years.

Small and intimate winery, with fantastic wines. One of my favorite winery in Northern Virginia. Love their Seyval, love their desert Petit Manseng, and a lot of others. Highly recommended.

New work schedule doesn't allow for much more than an overnight getaway. Hubby and I decided to do for wineries overnight. Saturday we braved this winery along with another in the Leesburg area. Got there about 1 pm in the afternoon, or was a lovely Saturday afternoon. The tasting room was quiet until a family came in with at least... More

The thing I really liked about the tasting at Willowcroft was you chose the wines you got to taste. Thus I stayed away from the dry's that I dislike and stuck to the sweeter wines. My only disappointment is that most of the wines I tried had an aftertaste that I could not pinpoint. I did get a little bottle... More

We were told "Drink up...you're goanna have to guzzle it" by the new wine tasting room "manager". After we asked for a glass of wine near closing and were told "Yes, you have time for a glass of wine as we clean up" by a very knowledgeable and friendly staff member who has been working there for 6 years. He... More

Wanted: In search of a winery/vineyard that is open and conducting tastings on Monday over Labor Day Weekend in NOVA and is pet friendly. Oh and there's a special promoting a local Loudoun County BBQ joint, The Squirrl Pit? Sign me up! Willowcroft is Loudoun County's oldest winery located off the beaten path and about an hour drive from DC.... More

Great place and great wine. Love the fact that you can customize the tasting menu for what you like. They have an amazing wine club and always go out of their to make members (and regular customers) feel special. We have been to over 30 wineries in the area and always keep coming back to willowcroft because of the wine... More

We took my sister there when she visited and we were quite impressed with the complexity of their wines. This was not your ordinary Virginia wines. This is an older family run vineyard. They keep is small for a reason. The venue is not everything many other vineyards attempt to be but they make up for it in the quality... More

This winery is a very pretty place to visit. We visited the winery on Labor Day Weekend, after stopping at Stone Tower Vineyard, just about a mile away, which was mobbed. Service to do a tasting at Willowcroft took forever! They were very understaffed, to start with. What made it worse was that they were unprepared for tastings in every... More
