Beautiful park with trails in the woods. It cost seven dollars to enter the park and you pay additional if you would like to go to the beach area to swim.

The fee is only $5 for Virginia residents, $7 is for out of state visitors. We have a guarded swimming beach so swimming is extra to cover the cost of the guards.

Great place to picnic, take a swim or hike the trails. Life guards are on duty during designated times that the beach area is open. A good fun day for a fair price. Enjoy.

We stopped by to check the park out while in the area. Went to the beach for lunch and then for a 5 mile hike. Hiking trails were well maintained.
