Lots of interesting historic point. Had a real good time. Pretty area. Just down the street is a real nice park, where you can go fishing or just have some quiet time

We could only see the grounds and house from the street, because of the Government partial shutdown. What we saw, made us want to go back in the future.

The ranger there had done loads of research on her own time. She was loaded with all sorts of into. She carried a lot in a note book. Was nice to walk around and take in the water views.
