We are a couple in our sixties. Just had a trip in a canoe down the river for hour and half possibly. Have never done it before over these "Rapids" (grade 1 !!!) but thoroughly enjoyed it.

We went tubing here and we were met with very nice people running the desk and shuttle! The river was beautiful and the float was 3.5 hours!

I believe they will allow you to bring your own canoe and/or kayak but they do charge you for dropping off/picking you up with it. The best thing is to call them and they will provide you with the cost. Have Fun!!
