Back in the 1960’s, I went to this Park with my extended family. All I remember is having delicious picnics in a shelter and being very inpatient while the adults sat around talking while us kids wanted to get to the beach to swim. Fast...More

Travelled from Canton, NC to Dublin, VA via Interstate Hwys. Had reservations. Totally, pleasantly surprised at the park. Clean, well-kept, friendly staff, reasonable rates. Great campsites. However, amenities limited to water and electricity and no WIFI. Tent camping looked attractive. Clean bathrooms and showers. Wonderful...More

Picnic areas, boating, swimming, and a beach area. They have cars shows and craft shows at different times of the year. Very good place to visit.
