We had a fabulous boat ride around the Island. Captain Henry and his tour could not have been any better. He told us all about the history of the island, the oyster beds, the ponies and SO much more. We were fortunate enough to actually see the ponies (both the north and south herds!! ), an osprey momma and baby,... More

Hi, we're 9 and 7 years old girls that are horse (and all animals, really) obsessed. We went on a Saltwater Pony Tour with Captain Henry last week! It was amazing. Captain Henry was so kind, taught us a lot about Chincoteague, and did cool tricks with the boat! We got to see dolphins and both the North and South... More

I booked this boat tour after our tour on the Miss Chincoteague was cancelled due to a severe thunder storm earlier in the week. The Captain of the Miss Chincoteague recommended Captain Henry to see the ponies. What a thrill! We not only saw ponies, but also a bald eagle, osprey, pelicans, and the culminating event, Dolphins surrounding our boat!... More

What an amazing experience! It was all made possible by the super high level of service and experience provided by this father and son team . My family came to chincoteague to see the ponies up close. We had that and more. The dolfins, osprey and oyster part was a bonus for us. George(the son) was fun, informative and super... More

My family was hoping for an enjoyable boat tour of the area with the goal of viewing the local ponies. Captain Henry delivered! He was knowledgeable of every aspect of the area. He went above & beyond to make sure my family viewed a wide array of local wildlife. We saw Dolphins, Bald Eagles, Ponies, and More! His tours are... More

Capt. Henry was informative, friendly, prepared with binoculars (forgot ours), allowed a cooler on board, and showed us osprey, bald eagle, ponies were far away but the dolphins were so much fun to watch and film. Highly recommend his tour.

OK, I haven't been on all of them, but I saw several while on this trip. First, Captain Henry is knowledgeable about both the boat and the area. We always felt safe. Second, this boat has a shallow draft and can take you up marsh creeks that the other boats can't handle. We got very close to one band of... More

We were on an 18 day boat cruise of our own and stopped into Chincoteague for a nights stay. Capt Hentry gave us a great tour all the way around the island. Very entertaining two hours.

Capt. Henry was outstanding. This was the best part of our trip. His set up is unique and much more personable than comparable tours. We took our 3 year old daughter that couldn't wait to see ponies. None of us imagined we would be faced with a huge fit/meltdown once she realized we were not getting out of the boat... More
