Join us on a beautiful nature cruise tour of the Assateague National Wildlife Refuge, Chincoteague Bay and the surrounding area. See it all from Chincoteague's Premier Tour Boat the "Linda J" as we cruise the lagoons, coves & backwaters of one of the last unspoiled areas on the east coast. On our cruise it is common to see the famous Chincoteague Wild Ponies grazing in the marsh, , Dolphin cruising & playing in the channels, Sea Turtles, some of the 300 plus species of Wildfowl including Bald Eagles, This is not just another boat ride. You will have a friendly Mate to explain and point out the sites along your cruise. You can also rely on the mate to spot the wildfowl, ponies dolphin & other unusual sea creature that pops it's head up.

I would like to take a moment and Thank You for an outstanding kayaking trip. My wife and I came to Chincoteague Island for a weekend getaway, prior to leaving home, I booked one of your Kayaking Tours. Growing up, my wife, whom is originally from New Hampshire read books about the Chincoteague and Assateague Ponies. The excitement on her... More

This business doesn't take reservations so got there very early. Not much else around to do, so we just walked around. Tour was great! Bpat holds 80 passenger but has less than 20. Allowed to wail ably Saw a few wild houses. Got off to explore island. 1 hour and 20 long.

We went on the 1 o'clock tour and as there was a full boat, we had both Captain Kenny and Mate Steve. Steve did the tour and was amazing. He is knowledgeable and funny. And the amount of trivia he knew was amazing and throughly enjoyable. I would recommend this tour to anyone and everyone.

The captain of Assateague Adventure was very knowlegeable, experienced, professional, and, of utmost importance, safety conscious. I would absolutely recommend this charter company to bring you and your family around the bay. :-)

Before leaving OC after our week vacation took an inexpensive boat trip. Very relaxing and informative. There are coupons in the Happy Days magazine.

We went for a 2 hour visit of the Chincoteague bay with great team at Assateague Adventure and enjoy every minute of it. The very knowledgeable and friendly staff (John and Mike) and their enthusiasm in showing us the most beautiful spots of Chincoteague Island bay made our trip truly memorable. They guided us through the best spots around the... More

Captain Joe knows his "stuff". His crew was also experienced and very safety conscious. And, they all made sure that every member of the family including 3 children had an unforgettable day. We enjoyed the day so much that we booked again for the return swim. That sums up a perfect experience with Assateague Adventures!

Arranged for this sunset cruise and wasn't expecting to see so much on the last night of our 7 day stay in Chincoteague. We didn't see the ponies on this cruise but we got pictures in a unique view of the Assateague Lighthouse, learned about the oyster & clam industry and got to see dolphins. Along the way, Joe filled... More

We took our grandchildren for a cruise and thought we would be in for a rough 2 hours.. We were wrong. The kids sat and listened to the stories Joe told. They were also told that if they were good they would get a surprise. Well between the stories Joe told and the promise of a surprise it was a... More

Joe was a great host. He came prepared with coffee, juice, water, soda, danish and muffins AND a place to use the restroom while we waited for the ponies. It was great to have a front row seat to the swim and we knew we were in good hands with Joe
