First I want to say Thank you Mariah, Andy and Tony, the 3 of your were great on our first visit to this establishment. Very Professional and friendly.
The pictures here are exactly what you see when you arrive. The atmosphere once you go behind the curtains is so relaxing. You lay back in these Large Chairs that recline and then Andy & Tony begin your massage. Make sure to wear clothing that you can roll or push up to your knees. The lightening, soft music, sound of waterfalls and light aroma therapy makes this a great experience. Just wished we had purchased the 90 minute package...This was a great way to start the day for my birthday, a couples massage with Hubby (visited 11/22/2016). Definitely returning again when I visit the area!!

From the second I walked in, I was treated with great service. They have refreshments in the front and the ladies at the desk were so helpful. The service itself is phenomenal. I chose the 60 minute experience and it was the perfect getaway. They play relaxing music and have the largest, most comfortable chairs. They have some great membership options and prices as well. I was totally amazed and in love with this place. I definitely will be there often!

This was the worst massage experience I've ever had. I had scheduled foot massages for me and my daughter as a fun thing to do. I routinely get deep tissue massages and thought this might be something different we could try. When we arrived, we were told that one of the therapists used a deeper approach, so I agreed to have that person so my daughter could have the softer touch person. We should have been told ahead of time who I would end up with instead of ten minutes prior to the appointment. I was told that if the pressure was too much, to simply "wince" and the therapist would know to back off. I have never had what was supposed to be a "relaxing" massage cause me to be tense throughout the session and count the minutes until it was over, but that was my experience here. Even though I "winced" and verbalized that the service was uncomfortable, the therapist was rough and aggressive. I was pushed, pulled, slapped, and aggressively manipulated. My hair was pulled, my forehead skin uncomfortably stretched, and my eyeballs pressed. The session ended with the therapist pulling my legs as high as they would comfortably go (above his shoulders), and dropped in a free-fall where they slammed/slapped down on the ottoman below. NOTHING about this experience was enjoyable or relaxing. The staff hovered around me after the session nervously asking how it went. I politely said it was "rough". In hindsight, I should have refused to pay for such a horrible experience. I will NEVER be back and will never recommend this business.

Massage felt more painful and rushed than relaxing. Even after asking the person, Lisa, for softer pressure, it went right back to being too forceful. I got poked in the eye by Lisa while she was roughly adjusting my head -for some reason she giggled about that instead of apologizing. Later, she started to massage my bottle lip which was weird and not asked for. Wasn't exactly the pleasant and relaxing experience I was looking forward to. The desk staff was amazing though. Hannah and another lady whose name I didn't get were so sweet and pleasant.

Therapist didn't talk at all. I asked for a pillow for my neck and he ignored me. He left a few times to get something in the back room. He was also on his phone which made the reflex work choppy and not fluid. When he did the work it was good. After the session was over he said nothing and left. I presumed to get up to check out which then he followed me out and was at the front desk when the lady was ringing me up. Awkward.

Well, my florida vacation was ruined by the hurricane and I thought that I should do "something" and found one of my facebook friends posting about "Relax the Feet". So what the heck, my feet hurt, I'd give them a try. The business was very nice and clean. The girl at the desk checked me in and then gave me the explanation of reflexology. My massuse, Katie was very good. I could not have been more pleased with my experience.

Hannah at Relax the feet can set you up with a heavenly experience. Feel like I’m walking on clouds when I leave and can tackle my day! Totally worth a membership.

1st and last. Arrived with spafinder gift cards. had them out upon arrival weren't taken. Tried to cash out and they couldn't figure out how to take the cards or get them to go through. FORTY minutes later they forced me to pay on a regular card without any consideration for the 40 minutes i wasted . Horrible customer service. I only came as a treat because o had gift cards...RELAXED?? I think NOT and out 50 bucks on top of it. Find another place to go if have gift cards because you aren't welcome here.

The minute I walk in and am greeted by Hannah I immediately relax. She is super nice and makes sure you have a great experience. Gary took care of my aching feet and shoulders. He did a fantastic job on both and I felt so much better when I left!! I highly recommend Gary and Relax the Feet Greenbrier!
