We used Top Shelf for a wine tour in the Charlottesville area and had a blast. We opted for the Bentley experience which included a vintage and classy 2003 silver Bentley with an excellent driver named Michael. The Bentley was really cool but Michael was amazing and we credit him for making the day very special. We selected several wineries in advance but left it up to Michael to give us his opinion and plan the route. He was very knowledgeable and helped us alter our preliminary agenda a little. He also knew people at several of the wineries which helped us navigate things easier. He was charming and entertaining and we really enjoyed his company. Excellent experience!

Chuck our driver is incredible. He arrived dressed smartly and with a big smile. The mini bus we were on was clean and roomy and the ride was smooth. He arrived promptly at our arranged pick up time...Door to Door service is a nice touch. We piled in 11 ladies, and Chuck took care of storing all our purse/bags and whatnots in the back storage/trunk area. If we bought wine or paraphernalia, he offered to place them in the van, so we could continue to enjoy our time instead of running back and forth to the vehicle.
Service and simplicity in how the company took care of making reservations for our tastings at our choice wineries which made for a seamless day to enjoy the trail and catch up with friends instead of one or more of us stressing about unforeseen issues or new ideas. For example... When we wanted to add on another winery during our trip, he called the home office and it was handled easily by the home office.
Another nice touch was that Chuck offered to put the college football game we wanted over the radio in the bus during our ride to help us keep up with the scores when cell coverage became spotty.
This driver and the company thinks ahead and is proactive to anticipate the customers needs. Awesome times and Top Shelf made it happen seamlessly. We will be hiring them again.

We took our daughter and her friends to the vineyard in the Charlottesville area for her birthday! I decided we needed a driver so we could all enjoy the wine! I found Top Shelf, called them first, and Bit was so friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with, I called no one else. The price was really competitive to similar limos in my hometown, but more importantly he took care of everything. Our expectation was that he would drive us to the vineyards, we'd go in and have a glass or two, maybe enjoy our packed lunch, then hop back in the comfortable bus, and head to the next vineyard. Instead, Bit arranged a private room at each vineyard with tastings of 6 or more wine at each vineyards, and a chance to chat with the owner or winemaker at each vineyard. It was an amazing day, with delicious wines, and we were treated like kings and queens for the day, thanks to Bit or Top Shelf. We plan to do another tour of the other vineyards in the area.

Amazing! Went through them for my sisters bachelorette party and it was such a great time! Bit was a great driver and very helpful and informative! Go through this company if you want a great wine tour of Charlottesville!

I and some friends went on a wine tour with Top Shelf in the fall. It was the best tour I've ever been on. The scenery in the mountains was beautiful, the wineries were cozy, and the limo service was impeccable. The driver was very knowledgeable about the area and the history of the wineries, and the lunch provided was absolutely incredible. I will absolutely be touring with them again!

One of the best days!!! Micheal has to be one of the best wine tour guides in the business! New history etc of all and best years for the wines. He was so professional , as well as friendly and accommodating. I cannot wait to come back again and tour more wineries the same way!

From initial contact to finish of our personalized tour, our customer service was EXCELLENT! I emailed with Dawn and then touched base via phone--she was kind and cared about her company. We worked out a personalized tour in a stretch limo for 7 people, 3 hours, home pick up and drop off. Last minute I had to tell Dawn that the driveway at the house was probably too dangerous for a limo and the driver (without any cell service) found our location and made it work perfectly. Marland also took photos for us, told us where he would wait at each stop, and helped us with anything we needed. The tour and service were amazing, literally TOP SHELF SERVICE! Thank you Dawn and Marland!

We decided to celebrate my friend's 50th birthday checking out the wineries in the Charlottesville area. WOW, were we in for a treat, Bit was amazing! For two days he listened and observed what we liked and took us to wineries that were perfect for us! He even tried to stretch our tastes and suggested different wines that we might not have tried on our own. He ordered our lunch from a fabulous sandwich shop and got us a few "extras" along the way. He was the best! It was awesome not to worry about who was driving, where we were going and which places to try. The Bentleys were beautiful! We had the best time-hope to come back and visit some more of the amazing wineries in the future!

Bit was our driver and he pulled out all the stops to ensure this was a perfect day. When I booked the trip and let him know I was proposing I think he was about as excited as I was. From then on he made arrangements for us at the wineries we wanted to visit and ensured everything was seamless. He even made sure we had champagne in the vineyards when I proposed and that they set up a table just for us with a beautiful view of the mountains. I can't say enough how perfect Bit made this day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I had a great time on a wine tour in Charlottesville with Top Shelf. I accidentally left my notebook and wallet in the vehicle and Bit mailed it to me the next day. Phenomenal service!
