We chose Norm's for a private tour of 4 wineries. The car was very nice and the driver recommended wineries to suit our tastes.
The fare doesn't include tastings, so you'll pay $12-$18 per winery for those. It doesn't seem that any wine tour in the area includes tastings, they really are just transportation services.
They recommended we stop at a local market and ordered ahead for sandwiches we could take into one of the wineries. That was definitely needed because the wineries didn't have much food.
Definitely recommend them.

From the time I reached out to Norm's to the time Heather dropped us off, the experience and customer service was top notch. With several options to choose from, I chose Norm's based on others feedback and very reasonable prices, and so happy we did. During the booking process I let Heather know that we were in town celebrating a birthday, and she had several great surprises for the birthday girl and our group. We utilized them to take us to 3 different wineries over a 5 hour period and she also picked up lunch from the local market. I would highly recommend using Norm's if you want personalized service at great prices!

My husband and I booked two days of wine touring with Norms ExecutiveTransportation to celebrate our Anniversary and experience Virginia wines. We booked a sedan, being that it would just be the two of us and, being from out of town, asked for a knowlegable driver who could tell us about the area, its history and knew about the its wines. Norms did not disappoint! Our driver, Bit, showed up in a BMW SUV and was able to immerse us in the areas rich history and had extensive knowledge of the areas wineries and wine in general, making for great conversation. He was pleasant, courteous and a fantastic story teller! Our touring days, due to our schedule, were on a Sunday and Monday. On Sunday we stopped at Grace, Stenson, Glass House and Knights Gambit wineries, with a stop at a local establishment in Sugar Hollow to pick up some sandwiches and chips for lunch. In between Grace and Stenson, Bit took us to see the Moorman's River Storage Dam giving us some tidbits of the areas history along the way. Off the beaten path, but a lovely stop! The Moorman River is gorgeous there with the fall colors adorning the hills that surround it! Only a few wineries are open on Mondays, so he filled in our time that day with a tour of Charlottesville and the University of Virginia area, pointing out historic buildings and neighborhoods on our way to our first stop. We stopped at Trump Winery and then Mount Ida, where we ate a charcuterie lunch. If you stop there, get the pimento cheese and olive oil crackers! Yummy! Then, to finish our day, Bit took us to Albemarle Cider Works to try some Virginia (hard) Cider, which we enjoyed! It was truly our pleasure to spend two days with Bit and we will not soon forget our time with him! We left Virginia so blessed and will look forward to the time when we can return! Thank you!

I HIGHLY recommend Norm's Transportation. We lucked out and had Norm, the owner, as our driver. He was awesome! He made great winery recommendations, including a new one that had recently opened. He was patient and kind...I'm sure we were a lot by the end of the day after 3 wineries, but you would never know it by his reaction. One person in our group even left their phone in his car and he kindly drove back to return it to us. He communicated with us throughout the day via text to help keep us on the schedule we had planned and hoped for to ensure we got to visit multiple wineries. I felt like we had an awesome friend or uncle driving us around to enjoy the beautiful day. The vehicle seemed brand new, very comfortable and better than I imagined it would be for the affordable cost. Worth every penny and more. We would definitely book with Norm's again without question. We even tried to book him to take us to the airport, but they were already booked up. We love Norm and his team!

Norm's is THE BEST and very reasonably priced. We used Norm's for transportation for a wine tour for a small group of girls celebrating a Bachelorette. We were staying in the Charlottesville area and wanted to be able to tour multiple wineries without having to drive. The weeks leading up to our arrival, I spoke with Norm's wonderful wife, Heather, to coordinate our day. She was BEYOND helpful, from suggesting her favorite wineries, how much time we would have at each, and even suggesting a place we could pick up lunch (check out Greenwood Grocery for the best sandwiches). She even went above and beyond to alleviate any concerns about COVID and went out of her way to get in contact with me to keep me up to date on how the wineries were handling restrictions. We had the pleasure of having Norm himself drive our group. He was timely, opened our doors, and even offered at each place we stopped to take group photos for us. This is a local family business that I could not say enough nice things about. We will book again in the future!

We visited 3 wineries for a friends bachelorette party and Norm's provided the transportation to and from. Norm was very communicative prior to our trip and helped us with navigating the wineries and their policies. He was very familiar with the area and hosting large groups. He supported us with picture taking and making the drive enjoyable. We had a blast while being safe and what more could you ask for? I would HIGHLY recommend Norm's to anyone visiting the Charlottesville area and planning more than one winery visit.

Just book now, look no further!!!! Norm's Executive Transportation was amazing from start to finish! I received their info from our Airbnb owner who said that her past customers have had great service from Norm's. Norm's did not disappoint. Starting with the scheduling of the itinerary, Heather was responsive, professional and great with making recommendations to help us book our girls winery trip. Heather showed up with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a balloon for the graduate that we were celebrating for. Her vehicle was super classy, clean and made us all feel like VIP's riding in style. Heather showed us such a wonderful time on our trip. We truly can't thank her enough for all that she did for us!! Heather and Norm, you guys are the best in the business and your company is the the epitome of high class transportation.

A group of girls and myself came to Charlottesville for my sisters bachelorette weekend and we booked a wine tour with Norms as our plan B because our original plan fell through. Well, they should've been my plan A because I had the BEST experience with them. The price was significantly cheaper than the other transportation companies and incredibly affordable and Heather was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and kind. She went above and beyond for my group; made reservations for us at our wineries, brought the bride-to-be flowers, and even gave us chocolates for our ride for Valentines weekend. We loved Heather so much she even came to hang with us at the wineries and was so much fun to talk to!! I cannot speak highly enough about this company, I will definitely be booking with them again next time I am in the area! Heather and Norm are the best- we love you!!!! <3

We used Norms for a Bachelorette Party and winery tour. They were great at checking in with us and communicating ahead of time. Lorena, our driver was great. We booked a 14-person bus for 5 hours which worked out perfectly for what we needed. Overall a great experience.

Heather of Norm's Executive Transportation was very responsive and helpful. With less than 24 hours notice, Heather was able to book us a private SUV for touring wineries near Charlottesville. Her empathy and quick action ensured that we could still have a trip that weekend (we found out shortly before booking with Norm's that the other transportation service we initially booked was a sham/out of business). Gloria, our driver, was also fantastic in that she was flexible on our custom itinerary and excellent at communicating logistics and timing. Gloria also went above and beyond by looking at closing times for our intended destinations and recommending alternatives that would give us more time to enjoy each winery.
