We went with friends to see their production of "Mama Mia". The theater company did an outstanding job in the presentation, music, and with all the performers. The theater itself is quite large for such a small little town and there is more than ample leg room so you can really stretch out. The music was not too loud, even... More

We didn't get to see a play or musical, but plan to try to return to see a show here. We attend a special event that was run smoothly and professionally. The grounds are beautiful!

No bad seat in the house, even though some of our view of the full stage was limited from being in the very front on the left (we were told that when buying tickets) we didn't feel that we missed anything. Mama Mia was great. Good acoustics. Food and drinks available downstairs. Bring a drink into the theater with a... More

Enjoyed a production of Round the Garden with family members. Our first time here, and we would go back, the theatre itself is very small and intimate, not a bad seat anywhere...the actors/actresses are all top-notch, many with Broadway experience. The Playhouse has a beautiful dining area downstairs, as well as a cabaret. My family members said its reasonably priced... More

Saw Mama Mia on August 5th. If you can get tickets, hurry up and get them. A fantastic show with actors that are worth of being on Broadway.

Just saw Mama Mia. I love this theater and make a point of seeing a show every summer. The Playhouse is so great, not a bad seat anywhere. The seats and aisles are roomy so easy to move about. The play selection is nice, something for everyone. As we have now gone several summers, the cast is amazing and talented.... More

We went to the Saturday Matinee and it was very enjoyable. The first act OK but the second very funny and made up for the first.. The playhouse itself is a beautiful building and the old mill behind with the waterfall is just the perfect picture of Vermont then the park in front with the gazebo finishes it off !... More

We try to see a show every time we travel. We saw a great show here at a reasonable price. The seating is roomy which very appealing to my tall husband.
