We go to Weston Priory every year, even though it is a 7 hour trip each way. It is very peaceful and beautiful, and really renews us! If it were closer, we would go several times per year!

Run by Benedictine monks. The real deal. Whether you are Christian or not the Sunday service is mind blowing. The monks sing. The are accomplished singers that travel all over the country. The priory was once a self sustained home for monks. They grow their own food still. A must see. The sound of silence on the property.s fields is... More

PEACEFUL! Absolutely one of the most beautiful settings in the area. The gift store gives one a glorious look at items made by others all over the world. My daughter still carries the beads I bought for her years ago. She carries them in her car and feels they protect her. Was a beautiful moment with my children and father... More

We stopped at the Priory and enjoyed walking the grounds. A lovely pond surrounded by apple trees, and comfortable adirondack chairs had a calming quiet effect. The large garden was brimming with vegetables and the the grounds are well tended and beautiful. Perfect to gather your thoughts and just enjoy nature!

A calm, meaningful experience. It's obvious that people are using the Eucharist times as a replacement for mass commitment. We found it to be more meaningful than the church we attend. More singing and even a piece with body movements.

The setting is beautiful, the monks are welcoming and hospitable and the liturgies and music are food for my soul.

This is the most peaceful place I've been. Can spend forever at the lake. I not only feel lucky to have found the Priory but it was on a most gorgeous day. The gift shop too is absolutely outstanding, downstairs and upstairs. I loved it. I will never come back to this part of Vermont without planning a trip to... More

This is the place to go if you want to have serenity and solitude. The chairs under the tree in front of a little lake allow you to remunerate about life - where you are and where you are headed. It is a wonderful place to give thanks for this wonderful life. The Benedictine brothers were on retreat so we... More

I never get tired of the Priory. I have been going up there since I was a little boy and now my wife and I are bringing my almost 3 year old daughter. The sense of peace and serenity that comes over you when you are on the priory grounds is a beautiful thing. If you go to the sunday... More
