The $4 tour lasts 30 mins including a short video. We stand on a bridge from which we can see most of the very small plant. The guide explains the different parts of the process with humor and enthusiasm. After that we can ask questions while sampling the flavor of the day. My 9 y.o. (and his parents) loved the... More

Easy access from highway and a favorite, must stop for those passing through. Ice cream flavor graveyard was cute. Visited on a rainy day so the hillside parking on the grass became muddy and messy. They do need more paved roadway and parking. Well organized with timed tour slots. $3 for seniors. Our time slot was two hours later, so... More

It was an okay stop on our way through Vermont. The guide on the tour was nice, but there are only so many cow puns you can use to make an ice cream factory seem interesting. $4 for the tour with a sample at the end, but you're probably just better off putting that $4 towards a cone at the... Organized time slots for the tour Gift shop not to many choices Ice cream tasting was cool but only one flavor available Flavors to purchase are same as any other B and J except for maybe the maple flavor Had to watch a film first explaining they sold out to unilever Guess everyone has a price what a shame 2... Tour is short and sweet. Nice that the entire operation is smoke free. Ice cream and sorbets are delicious of course.

I've been here multiple times throughout my life and most recently this past June - it is always a great time for everyone, children and adults! The tour is very inexpensive and informative. They update the information regularly so it's never repetitive or boring. The sample at the end is of course the best part! We went to the graveyard... More

I have been a visitor of Ben and Jerry's many times in the past and have enjoyed it. Today was no exception. Our tour guide was so entertaining. I think it was perhaps my best trip ever! The brown butter bourbon ice cream was tantalizing to us, coming from Bourbon Country. They did a great job mastering the flavor of... More

That's it .......the tour is fun, the cut out pic op, the flavor graveyard, the walk from the parking lot, the bus.....and the ice cream of course.....it's a kid's heaven, adult hell.....the hustle and bustle and hoards are what u expect, providing a family memory without the usual trip to the poor house. We've returned 4 times over the years... More

It cost only 4 dollars each to go on the factory tour. For New England standards, that is cheap. The tour lasts about 30 minutes and includes a short film, a view into the factory and a free tasting session. It was very informative and told you about the history and the ethos of the company. It is well worth... More

Visited many years ago and wanted our kids to experience the magic. Unfortunately, learned that Ben & Jerry's was sold to a large corporation (Unilever) several years ago and seems that the focus is not as keen as it was in the past. Staff were friendly and tour good, but giving a single dixie cup size ice cream sample pales... More
