For all the euphoric flavors you can't get enough of – especially the ones you can't get in ordinary stores – nobody scoops Ben & Jerry's better than we do at our scoop shops.

This place is not a great advertisement for the Ben and Jerry Brand. The car parking is not a good first impression as piles of dust fly everywhere. The air conditioning wasn't working on a boiling hot day and I felt very sorry for the...More

Took the tour. Was interesting but not awesome. $4.50 for seniors. Small sample of ice cream at the end. Small gift shop. Ice cream graveyard worth a visit for a chuckle.

After reading comments, our expectations were not high, but we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, it was short, but we did get to see production going on: they were pouring the ingredients to make Cookie Dough - you really can't believe how much stuff goes into...More

My family loves Ben & Jerry's, so this was a must when we decided to visit New England. It is a long drive out (compared to how close together everything else is in New England, anyway), but we enjoyed it. I would've liked to have...More

We stopped here as the end cap of a nice week-long adventure vacation. There was a lacrosse tournament going on and it was Saturday so that must have accounted for the huge crowds. We had to wait about 35 min in line for ice cream...More

We have visited other factories that offered free tours like Hershey's and Jelly Belly's so we were a little surprised that there was a fee for the tour. With that said, it was an informative tour. Some may be surprised by the political message delivered...More

On the day we went they were doing construction and weren’t offering tours. We watched a brief video and then someone was available if you had any questions. Literally it took 10 minutes and then you got a scoop of ice cream. That day it...More

We visited mid week, hoping for a less busy day. We were wrong. There was a couple of bike tours (kids) and a bus full of camp kids. The tour was packed and couldn’t see much because the kids didn’t share the space. Not the...More

We had a great stop at Ben & Jerry's. Our tour guide was great...lots of silly puns, but he made it fun. Interesting to see the ice cream production and learn about the history of the company--definitely worth the $4. You also get a sample...More
