For all the euphoric flavors you can't get enough of – especially the ones you can't get in ordinary stores – nobody scoops Ben & Jerry's better than we do at our scoop shops.

Took my preschoolers there. Loved how frequently they run the tour and how quick it is (good for little ones with no attention span), however as an adult I learned a lot. The only... read more

This is a great company. They do a lot of good with some of their profits, so I guess we made a donation in paying for this tour. It was not worth $4 per person. The film about the company was somewhat interesting, but the tour was lame. They weren' even making ice cream, so there wasn't anything to watch.... More

Took my preschoolers there. Loved how frequently they run the tour and how quick it is (good for little ones with no attention span), however as an adult I learned a lot. The only reason I give it a 4 vs. 5 star is because there is no way of making sure you'll see ice cream being made. I avoided... More

Visited on a Thursday in July 2016. Somewhat crowded, but not too bad. Had to wait until the "next" tour to see the operation. Not a lot to see so far as actual ice cream production, but nice to hear the story of the company and the flavors. Ice cream tasting was certainly enjoyable. Good, down home folks.

You watch a video on the history of Ben & Jerry's. Then you see the plant. Not much to see. Then you get free ice cream.

My wife and I spent the day with my daughter in Stowe. We tried to get to many of the recommended sites in the area as possible. This one could have been skipped. The tour is really not impressive at all. The intro film was average. The tiny production tour was also average. The total tour was 15 min in... More

Considering the cost (only $3 for a senior) it wasn't bad. Our tour guide was funny and shared interesting facts about the process. She also made herself available to answer any questions when it finished. The added bonus was the free ice cream mini sample. We stopped by their shop and had a small cup of our favorites to share.... More

We were in Burlington looking at the University with my daughter and we had some time in the afternoon before we left. We all love Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream and fight over the pints in the freezer so we decided to take the quick 30 minute drive to the Ben and Jerry's factory. I'm so glad we did!! We... More

We went to Ben & Jerry's factory tour on the recommendation of a friend and we definitely enjoyed the stop. It's fabulous to hear how the company started, grew and the values it still honours today. It's not an expensive tour and at the end you get your own sample of ice cream. It's definitely an unusual stop but worth... More

The tour of Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Factory was not as grand as we expected. We have toured various dairy facilities across the country to include cheese factories and dairy farms. This tour was very short and not really worth the $4 per person entry fee. The tour begins with a short, silly video about the history of Ben... More

A great surprise to find out that Ben & Jerry's was born in Waterbury and they still keep this small facility with the ice cream store serving their unique flavors and combinations . Large parking area and good number of tables and service areas to enjoy a good high calorie count ice cream.
