A small local museum that is heaven for the ski history buff. I enjoyed the historic ski equipment and the 10th Mt Division equipment displays. Recommended if you have an hour after you're done on the slopes.

The Vermont Ski & Snowboard Museum is located on Main Street in Stowe and yet seems to be hidden from many visitors. This is a true gem with cool artifacts and activities for all ages (there is even a craft and reading area for kids)....More

This is a nice little museum to spend a little time in. There is a lot of reading. The video is interesting to watch and the old skis, ski chairs, and gondola hanging up are fun to look at.

Cute small museum with photo's, a movie playing, old ski equipment and clothing and the history of skiing Stowe and ski patrol etc. Only need about and hour or less to really see it all, but wonderful!
