Known for our internationally recognized award-winning wines and inviting Tasting Room, Shelburne Vineyard's sustainably grown vineyard and winery are easily accessible on Rt. 7 in historic Shelburne VT, just 5 miles south of downtown Burlington. We'll welcome you to taste our wines, tour the vineyard and winery and we'll share the story of how we make fine wines in VT's cold climate. Spend an hour or an afternoon, enjoy a glass of wine with some local cheese on the Patio or in our cozy Loft and ask us about planning your own special event here. We promise a warm and friendly reception and discovery of some new favorite wines. We're open 7 days a week, all year, closed only on Christmas, New Year's and Thanksgiving Day. Hours are from 11-5 (Nov-April) and 11-6 (May-Oct).

Visited here for a tasting, which was $7 including the glass. We were able to try all 10 wines. My favorites were the Cayuga and the Lake View White. Heads up - you cannot buy and open a bottle here, but they do say you can bring the bottle across the street.

Stopped by planning on just picking up some new wine glasses (very durable ones here, with a nice frosted logo) and ended up staying for a wine and cheese pairing plate outside on the patio. Gorgeous view of the vineyard. Excellent wine and lovely local cheese!

Located in the beautiful hills of Vermont, this vineyard is directly off highway 7, less than 10 minutes from Burlington. You get to taste all of their wines during the tasting. The staff was extremely nice and informative. Ample amount of parking.

Came across this vineyard whilst we were passing through Burlington and it turned out to be an excellent find. A really good selection of wines - my wife particularly liked the sparkling white - and a nice outdoor area to enjoy the tastings couple with some excellent local cheeses overlooking the vines and mountain views. Highly recommended!

We went to 7 vineyards in vermont, this was by far our favorite. For $7 you get try over 10 wines and keep a wine glass. Cheese and wine pairing is delicious. Definitely take the tour, Gayle gave our tour and it was wonderful.

We frequently stop at wineries for tasting. Most places give you a glass and allow you to sample 4 or 5 wines for $5 or $6. These guys are very generous. For $7 you get a nice glass and get to sample all 11 of their wines including an ice wine. The ladies behind the counter were helpful and informative.... More

Nice stop if you want to try some varietals that are not mass production. Its a nice tasting room and the tasting is very reasonably priced, but we found ourselves googling for information on the different varietals like Marquette etc. Ice Wine was the best on the list.

Good selection of wines to try. Large, clean facility with knowledgeable, friendly staff. Best Ice Wine we've tried in Vermont. Small tasting fee but get to keep wine glasses.

One of a couple of wineries we stopped at. The was mainly a tasting room as the wines & facility were located near by. Wines were very good. The ICE wines were the first we had tasted - very good.out the wine. Staff was very friendly and informed. Spent much time with us explaining the wines, where made, how made, etc
