We did the ATV tour with Dan and it was so much fun. He was super knowledgeable about the area and made sure we had a great time on our tour. We are looking forward to coming back for a snow mobile tour in the winter.

Phil was awesome. He explained everything we needed to know and made sure we felt comfortable before we headed out on the VAST trail. He shared lots about the trail systems and kept us at a good pace. My husband and I had a blast. Thank you NEK Adventures! We look forward to go out with you again and bringing the kids.

I am not one to write reviews, but I wanted to share the wonderful time I had with everyone. The snowmobiles were top notch our guide Phil was amazing!!! I can't thank him enough for the wonderful tour he guided us on. We stopped at some of the prettiest places to take pictures. Phil made sure we were comfortable and warm and at most stops he would check make sure everyone was ok and having a good time. He also pointed out moose tracks. Then there was lunch at the lodge...between the food and the company you felt like you were at your own dinner table. Everything was home made from the hot pop overs with home made blackberry/hot pepper jelly to the home made strawberry pie and everything in between. We are going back over the summer to go on the ATV tour...I'm sure they will see us next winter too! We had a good time :) Thanks Phil!!!

I wanted to do something fun in the snow because shoveling isn't much fun. So a friend and I decided that we would try NEK for her birthday this year. I made our reservations with Phil, our guide, and we drove up for our tour on January 27, 2013.

I have never had so much fun with snow boots on!

We were lucky enough to have a day that was clear and beautiful. Visibility was good for miles and we took full advantage of it. It took a few miles to get a feel for using the sleds, but it wasn't long and we were following trails up the mountains, over small bridges, across open fields, and up to a lookout that gave us a view all the way to the majestic White Mountains. You could see clouds encircling a few of the peaks!

Phil had quick stories and anecdotes for our stops and was patient and kind enough to explain the trails and VAST system to me. (Which is beautifully maintained.) We rode for a couple of hours and then stopped for the most wonderful lunch at The Lodge at the Curtis Vance Memorial Orchard. If you can, make that your lunch stop. Those folks know how to roll out a warm welcome and wonderful meal. (Try the blackberry/jalapeno jelly.)

We ended our trip with more time on the sleds and it was fantastic. It's exhilerating! Keep an eye out for shaggy cows, moose, and other riders, you're going to have an amazing time.

And tip your guide! That guy rocks.

This was my second time riding ATVs with Phil. I'd been to Vermont in May with my husband and son and had such a wonderful time that I came back with my sisters...and again IT WAS WONDERFUL. We are from Florida and hardly ever get to see the changing of the leaves and on this trip we saw that and more. Phil made sure to point out the different shades of maple leaves and moose tracks along the way. The view at the top of the mountain was breathtaking. Phil suggested we come back to do the snowmobile tour. I think we will!

My husband and I along with my sister and brother in law had a blast with Dan! I was the only one who had never rode an ATV before. Before we left the instructions Dan gave us were very thorough, and we drove around a bit to practice before we took off. We went on every type of terrain you can imagine and I went from being nervous to not wanting it to end! We will definitely be back, especially with Dan as our tour guide!

Had an amazing day with Dallas last weekend. The tour was the perfect speed, beautiful and just the right length. We have never gone snowmobiling before and he explained everything making it so easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when it came to suggestions after there tour on where to eat in the area and places we had to check out.

Overall amazing experience worth every penny. Can't wait to come back in the fall for ATVs!

My wife and I took the four hour ATV adventure. Our guide Phil led us on a four hour trek through the deep woods of Vermont that was far more than we expected. He took the time to tell us little tidbits about Vermont history as we traveled several miles through the woods. We also stopped at several scenic locations with spectacular views. The ATVs were in excellent condition, easy to operate and comfortable. If you are looking for an outdoor adventure in Vermont and fail to book this adventure, you are making a mistake.

My fiancé and I had the best time on our ATV tour of Vermont! Our tour guide Jack was knowledgeable and so funny! I would recommend this tour to anyone in all age groups. We loved all the different trails we went on during the tour and the stops we made along the way. Great way to see Vermont!

My family of two adults and two children (ages 12 & 14) went on an ATV tour with Jack as our tour guide and had a wonderful time! Jack is a very easygoing, knowledgeable guide who grew up in the area and gave a great tour over some 25 miles of varied terrain on four-wheelers. He carefully reviewed the safe operation of the machines for those who have never ridden (and even those who have) and showed us some great outdoor locations, historical sites, and spectacular views of the countryside. The tour goes through some beautiful countryside panoramas, past some interesting graveyards with some local history, old school houses and churches, and even stopped at an incredible corn maze done yearly by a local farm. The machines are sturdy and large, yet easy to operate and can be quickly adapted to by first-timers. As part of the tour goes over public roadways, all drivers must have a driver's license. We would definitely return to NEK Adventures and are thinking now about the winter snowmobile tours!

Great job Jack!!
