A very special place for dog lovers. The chapel was awesome and very touching with all of the remembrances of wonderful pooches. Also it had a great walking trail through the grounds which was a wonderful hike. And I also met Sally who made sure that I had a wag and a woof. It is a very special place to... More

Dog Mountain is such an amazing place for dog lovers. We were there on a weekday, so it was very quiet and peaceful. There is a small shop where lots of dog art is for sale. Next door is a dog chapel. The inside walls are literally papered with Post-It notes, pictures, and love letters to dogs who have passed... More

Our Lucy loved visits to dog mountain...a pond, trails, plenty of doggie friends...really sweet. We just came back from tacking her picture to the wall in the dog chapel....she passed in June. Beautiful place, cool people, and dogs everywhere...the best. Thanks, dog mountain...we have our memories.

Dog Mountain is so great to take your dog to and walk the grounds and just to sit back and let dogs be dogs!

On our way to Quebec City we stopped here. Our dog played with another dog in the happiest way. We bought quite a few things from the shop. The grounds are beautiful and the Chapel is full of love - brought out my tears. I left a note there to my favorite pet. We will be back in the future... More

There is not much to do in and around St Johnsbury- but TripAdvisor brought this up and it's only a 10 minute drive, so we headed out. There were a few dogs having a run and we went round the shop - very dog themed but really only 1 artists work on show, so if you're not keen on that... More

A bit off the beaten path, but worth the trip, this place is a dog lovers paradise. Great gift shop, lots of open space for dogs of all stripes to get comfortable.

They have a Memorial Building where people leave memorial messages for their pets which have past away.

Great views of the valley and surrounding area. Fun off leash area and mowed walking paths. Dog chapel was emotionally moving.
