This is a wonderful place for everybody not just dog lovers. I have known some cat people that visited and they enjoyed the giftstore and chapel.

I have been wanting to check this out for a while, and we drove up and went to check it out, it was a cloudy day so walking on the trails kinda sucked but the chapel and gallery were wicked cute. There was even a wedding going on when we went so that was cute. I wouldnt make the trip... More

For you dog lovers this is a must visit place. The Dog Chapel has layers of memorials to to dogs that have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We left a memorial to our Sarah and for friends who lost their dogs. I wish we had toured the gift shop but it closed by the time we left the chapel. Thank you... More

Beautiful place to honor your pet who has crossed the rainbow bridge. Dogs can play off leash and go swimming. Chapel is so pretty. Gift store has very nice gifts for dog lovers. Our dogs had a blast.

We visited the dog chapel because we love dogs but don't have one currently. We left a note in memory of our two departed Schnauzers. We commend the owners who don't expect any entrance fee or donation evidently out of their love for dogs.

Wow. This is the first time our dog has ever been off-leash! As soon as we removed the leash, he 'came alive'! He 'romped' around this beautiful countryside and didn't want to leave! It's a breathtaking site & hike. Our dog did not utilize the pond, like the other dogs, but it still was so nice to rest there with... More

Beautiful dog art by a renown "dog" portrayal artist. The store is loaded with unframed and framed art. A must for fans of the artist or dog lovers.

We were surprised at the feeling of warmth and poignancy we felt while visiting Dog Mountain. Any pet owner will be able to relate to the art work and carvings displayed and sold there. Make sure to visit the dog chapel on site for a real tug at your heartstrings.

If you love dogs you must visit! The chapel is a beautiful legacy built in honor of our beloved companions. It is so unique with all the wood carvings and beautiful artwork alone! The landscape is breathtaking! Then there are the notes pinned up all over- handwritten by visitors from near and far. Definitely worth a visit!
