We had two hours tour and we had so much fun. The snow mobiles were brand new and had so much power. The roads were also very nice, you could give a little kick sometimes. It felt safe. The tour guy was also super nice, always made sure if everyone’s okay. I strongly recommend buying out two hours, if there’s two people on one snowmobile. One hour seems like not enough time.

My husband and I took our 9 and 12 year old grandkids on a snowmobile tour with Snowmobile Vermont and the kids AND grandparents can't say enough about this great experience! First, the ALL the staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and safety conscious. All gear were extremely well sanitized, instruction was clear and thorough and the equipment was new and comfortable. The area that our guide took us on was beautiful with an overlook to the Killington Resort, through Calvin Coolidge State Park and all through the wonderful backwoods of Plymouth. We have lived in Plymouth for 30 years and have never seen some of these sections! Just wow!

We want to give a special shout out to our GREAT guide, Emily and the help and instruction of Tyler too. And the owner Spike Lynds really made us feel welcome. Thank you so much. We'd highly recommend this trip for young, old and adrenalin junkies alike!! You've got to experience this! Thank you!

We took the 2 hour back country tour and had a blast! Two seniors over 64 that haven’t been on snowmobiles in 30 years and I was worried I would slow down the pack of 5 plus the 2 guides. We were lined up and I was next to last in front of my husband. In front of me was a guide then another at the head of the group. The company is very good about showing you a video and going over controls, what to do, what not to do. These sleds are new Polaris 500’s and ride nicely and can move. As we started up the trails I could see the sleds in front of me were going a bit slow, getting used to everything. To my delight the guide in front of me cut off to the right trail and motioned me to follow him. From that point on it was like I was in my 30’s again! We had a blast and it was endless trails, up, down and around. We stopped for awhile at a beautiful ridge where it was an open valley and a chance to go play safely. The beauty we saw on that trip and the fun we had with our guide was worth every penny to these old timers! Snowmobiling is easy if you use your head!
I can’t thank my guide enough, I can’t remember his name but he was tall and on the slender side with dark hair. Probably in his 20’s. We took a 3pm ride. I’m sure they are all great but he made our day!

This was my third snowmobiling trip - first with Snowmobile Vermont - and absolutely the best! Our guide was professional and funny, creating a great atmosphere during our trip (3 couples, all knew each other). Trails were very nice, specially after a recent snowfall, but well groomed to accommodate the ride. We (and I speak on behalf all of us 6) highly recommend Snowmobile Vermont, we'll be back!

Had an incredible time at the Plymouth Snowmobile VT location last Friday 1/24/20. I brought my cousin (who was visiting from New Jersey) in for a tour. She’s an avid skier so I wanted to share a new sport with her - plus I’ve always wants to go myself. The reservation process was as simple as a quick phone call. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Megan who was working at the counter. She was super friendly and informed us of our next steps. Scott helped us get fitted with helmets and made sure our gear was all on correctly. He reviewed what the general plan was and then brought us in to watch a safety video. This was followed by an outside demonstration where he reviewed safety aspects of riding on Vermont trails. Very informative and easy to listen too and follow. We then met up with our guide Tito who set us up with our sled and made sure we were comfortable.

We had an absolutely amazing time touring through the beautiful Vermont woods. Lots to see - Plymouth State Park, Bethany Birches camp and week rode by many camps in the woods including one that used to be an old school house.

Tito stopped the perfect amount of times to make sure we were comfortable and having fun. He also was a great photographer and took many shots for us. I could not have asked for a better guide.

When we returned we were promptly greeted by a few additional guides who were very friendly and helpful - especially Tyler and Brandon.

We went back inside where we were again greeted by Scott and Megan who took care of our gear and were very welcoming. Scott took time to show us around the shop and to show us all the snowmobile trails in the area. Hands down the best morning ever! If they had an all day tour I would be on it! Can not recommend this location enough. No matter where you are staying in VT the Plymouth Snowmobile VT is well worth the drive. Have fun!

This is my second time visiting this location to snow mobile. The activity is a lot of fun and I would recommend it to anyone who likes outdoor activities. I recommend the 2 hour tour because it lets you get comfortable with the machines and to stop to see the beautiful mountain range.

Tito was an awesome guide! I went with my 19 year old daughter and her boyfriend and we all had a blast! I was a passenger with our guide - the double snowmobile was super comfortable and I had my own handles. The 2 teens each had their own brand new snowmobile with heated handlebars! The pre-departure safety and explanation was excellent. The whole team was professional and relaxed and we had a great time. Very Covid safe too. The trails were beautiful and the whole adventure was super fun! Highly recommended!!

While the guide was great .
The equipment was great .
They should have canceled since snow had melted and many parts we were driving over dirt and gravel . I wouldn’t say it was fabulous since we had to make reservations ahead of time and conditions sucked
However if we canceled we would loose our money .
They could have given us a credit for next season.
Don’t think we will go back again .

We booked a 2 hour trip this past Saturday with our 13 & 11 year old and would highly recommend for any family. Our Guide Tito was awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable staff and 2020 Polaris machines were new and very comfortable. Scenery and photo ops are incredible. We can’t wait to visit again.

Had a great time. Em was a super trail guide. Sunset was a bonus along with full moon. Grandchildren loved it and it's the highlight of the week.
Introduction and outside review of operating a snowmobile by Tyler was informational and kept us safe not being experienced snowmobile operators.
Would recommend snowmobile vermont for anyone wanting to get out and see the backcountry and do it in a safe and friendly atmosphere.
