Great local farmer's market.
Oct 2019 • Friends
The Norwich Farmer's Market is held outside during the warmer months and is held at an inside location in the winter months. A great place to enjoy locally grown food, much being organically grown. Always a pleasure to visit with live music and food venues.

Nice local market
Sep 2019
Enjoyed my trip to the market. Friendly with a decent variety. I Would call it intimate. I was surprised to see only 2 cheese vendors of which only one was selling cheddar. This is Vermont. I’ve had some fantastic cheddars over the years. If the weather is fine, and you are local, I’d definitely make the trip.

Great farmer's market with loads of variety and entertainment
Jun 2018 • Family
We drive half an hour to go to the Norwich Farmer's market on Saturdays during the summer (outside) and inside in Norwich in the winter. The vendors have so many fresh produce and handmade foods/crafts. We love the produce from Hurricane Flats Farm, and the baked goods and awesome dishes from Bella Biscotti are awesome! There are amazing cheese and bread makers, fresh local meats, and so many jams, pies and other goodies to choose from. When you finish visiting the vendors, you can sit in the center and listen to local musicians playing for the crowd.

Excellent farm products, artists, cheese, pastries, flowers and many other things. It is a beautiful setting with live local music. Great lunch and snacks. Children abound.

Summer from the farm but don't miss the cinnamon rolls!
Jul 2017 • Family
Summer market runs from May to October, 9-1 on Saturday mornings. The stalls on outside of ring tend to be permanent vendors while inside circle can vary. Open center has musicians that also vary. Mornings provide not only the vegetable shopping for the week but some options for prepared food too. If you arrive early you can be some of the lucky few to have the cinnamon rolls from the bakery...flakey, buttery, sweet confections. Grab some to take home too. They're great warm from your oven. They have bagels, other pastries, coffee too. Another stall not to miss carries the Juneberry yogurt. They have. A variety of tastes you may not have tried before. Again, if you're there early, you might even score some wild mushrooms. Wow! I can't wait until Saturday!

Summertime is the best time to visit this market. Full of local grown and handmade crafts - no imports here!

Busy Saturday late morning
Nov 2016 • Family
The Norwich Farmers market is indoors in winter and open 10-1. We arrived around 11:30/Noon and it was PACKED. Lots and lots of vendors - main floor, on the stage and in the basement. Everything from cheese to baked goods, pottery, veggies, .... Get there early if you are looking for something specific!

I'm a little surprised only four people have felt compelled to review this farmers market. I remember when it began back in the early 70's and it never looked back. Over the years it has grown to include food, crafts and lots of other things besides farmers produce. I never visit Norwich without a stop here.

The absolute BEST Farmers' Market anywhere!
Oct 2015 • Solo
The Norwich Farmers' Market is fabulous! There is something for everyone there, food, flowers, plants, crafts, and always great music to entertain while you are shopping. Saturdays in Norwich are made festive by a trip to the market. It's a joy just to wander around the grounds. You can get breakfast and lunch plus bring home freshly baked artisan breads, local produce, beef, chicken, lamb, pork and more! I think of it as a complete cornucopia all in one place!!

Diverse and enjoyable FM
Jul 2015 • Family
We have visited this farmer's market several times over the years and each time it has been a pleasant experience. The number of vendors is very respectable as is the diversity of their offerings. While some vendors can take credit, you may have to buy tokens with it to use at others. Recommend you bring cash to be safe. Plenty of parking and well setup, easy to navigate and enjoy with live music many times as well places to sit and eat if you like.
