I took the Cupcake baking class and it was great! I was #1 in the waitlist and came to KAF from the Adirondacks in the hopes that someone didn’t show and I got lucky! I had such a good time in the class. The instructor...More

My wife usually orders stuff every year so I said we should stop. I thought it would be discounted more but it wasn't. They have everything you need for baking. There is a snack bar and you can even go to baking class.

The store is over rated but was a nice visit to walk around, get something to eat...again over priced and a place to use the rest room. Unless you hit a sale in the store, the prices seem to be high but the rate at...More

When you walk into the building the aroma is wonderful. There are full picture windows to watch the bakers at work and classes going on. My daughters and I had lunch (very good) there, shopped at the store and had to have dessert. Everything looked...More

Ate breakfast, or rather ate what they had left, after standing in line for 30 minutes while my wife took a cooking class. The food was delicious but the crowd and the incredibly out of the way location both diminished the pleasure. It seems that...More

Worst company to do business in USA. King is the right term as they treat their customers like serfs and they are being nice by correcting their mistakes.

I am not sure who the target audience is - I love this catalog and have ordered from it many times as a baker. The selection in the store seemed less good than in the catalog; it was more like being at Williams-Sonoma. We did...More

Although they had various kinds of King Arthur flour for sale, they were at 'retail' price, so you can pay less at your local supermarket. Lots of kitchenwares and 'kits' to bake various things. The small 'bakery' counter was unstaffed when we were there but...More

It was so busy when we visited, but I really enjoyed it. It smells wonderful, and you can watch the bakers in the kitchen. The history of the company was interesting. Their store has EVERYTHING you could ever want in a kitchen. We didn't eat...More
