About
Located inside a classic Vermont Barn, the Vermont Salt Cave spa is a man-made replica of an underground healing Polish salt cave with 20,000 lbs of salt boulders on the walls, 4000 lbs of salt crystals on the floor, and lit with 52 salt lamps to create a saturated negative ion environment. Pharmaceutical grade salt is crushed into microscopic particles and pushed into the air to help cleanse and open bronchial passages whilst clients de-stress in the zero gravity chairs. There is also a hand and foot detox which is great for muscle and joint aches and pains plus the salt cave offers infra-red/magnetic therapy, many types of massage including a CBD Massage, as well as the new Amino-Neuro Frequency Therapy from Denmark.

My husband offered me a day @ the Spa for my Birthday this past July, the owner is very friendly, informative, she has very good energy.
She explained to us the process of the salt for relaxation, reflexology/ pressure points ( as a previous trainer myself) I can tell she is very knowledgeable , she is a very nice lady & very enthusiastic to share her knowledge. I need to have a girls day out with my family again soon. We left feeling so relaxed. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you

All I can say is WOW! What an experience. I have tried many salt caves in the past but while up in Jay Peak I had the pleasure of experiencing the Vermont Salt Cave Spa. From the second I walked in the door the owners, Sarita & Nafis, welcomed me with open arms. They were both exceptionally kind & knowledgeable about their salt cave spa & what would help benefits my health & everyday life. They explained to me the health benefits of the cave & I learned quite a few new factoids about the salt cave. Upon walking into the cave itself I felt like I was teleported to a remote cave on another world. I was able to walk on the salt which felt SO GOOD on my feet. I took a seat & relaxed while looking up at a mesmerizing night sky that had a couple of constellations. After an hour in the cave I felt completely recharged, clear headed & at ease with everything in my life. I highly recommend the Vermont Salt Cave Spa because after you go once you will want to go many more times! I cannot wait to go back!

I had no idea what to expect. A lovingly converted barn outside - is a cave of tons of Polish salt and extreme comfort inside. The owners are warm and very informative. The cave itself is quiet, refreshing (my friend fell asleep) and kept at a cave-chill temperature. Perfect for a Vermont hot summer day. And the healing power of salt? There is no hocus-pocus here. Me and my family and friends walked out after our 45 minutes of cave comfort feeling happy and yes, chill.

This is an hour and a half from where I live but definitely worth the trip! It was very relaxing and has great energy.
When we went in I was stuffed up from allergies and fighting a sinus headache but after just a few moments I was breathing easier and the headache was gone.I am looking forward to going back.

The owners are a lovely couple, very warm and inviting, and they have a great little gift shop with lots of cool things, and tea! I took my mom here and we both enjoyed the salt cave. I felt lighter after our session.

Hi Roxanne, Thank you for your lovely comments and I am so glad that you enjoyed your time with us. I was wondering though if you meant the one star that was posted as that means it was really terrible and I gather from your comments that you had a nice time. As adverse stars do affect our online reputation, I was wondering if perhaps you could take a look at what was posted as the one star might be in error??? I do hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back again in the not too distant future. Thanks much Sarita

A uniquely soothing and relaxing experience! The owners were so knowledgeable about homeopathy and had so many wonderful products. I will definitely be back with my husband who suffers from chronic sinus problems and step daughter who has lupus.
