I’m not going to lie...I almost don’t want to give a review since I don’t t want this place to be ruined by too many tourists (like me). You have to want to find this place...it is on a country road...great beer, great atmosphere, loved it

A local sent us over to this barn, down a rambling dirt road, up a hill, down a hill, up another hill, round a curve, kicking up dust on this mountain road. When we arrived, we weren't quite sure we had the right place but there was a sign so we ventured out. What a pleasant surprise. A small tap room in a barn with a few seats but all were taken. We made our selections and took them outside to the picnic tables in the small barnyard. Little devil for me and it was quite good. Pretzels were on the tables and soon more people were arriving. It was like being at a friend's backyard party....drinking beer, kids running around, chatting with those around you. Very comfortable. I wished I lived closer so I could return and try the rest of their selections. I will certainly seek them out the next time I'm in town. I was especially charmed by the hops growing up the side of the building and around the door entrance. Yes, they grow their own! As we were preparing to leave, there was some activity setting up crockpot and plates. We were told by a fellow beer taster that they sell some good homemade food to go with the beer. Alas, too little time, not enough beer.

This is another VT great. It felt like it was a local hangout on a Saturday evening. I very much enjoyed my beers, playing cards with my family. They had a little popcorn, peanuts, and pretzels for a little snack, though looking at the Facebook page it seems like they often have food trucks, just not the night we were there. Definitely worth the drive

Off the beaten path but easy to find, this is a real gem. Barn and milking parlor repurposed as a small town brewery. Limited weekend hours make for high demand. Food truck usually on premises. Outdoor seating at picnic tables. Indoor, small bar and often standing room only. Munch on pretzels, popcorn or peanuts in the shell and enjoy one of the brews on tap. Unpretentious and so much fun!

Stopped in for about an hour. Tasted the new brew on tap - Longview. Nice tasting, not too hoppy. Great atmosphere.
