Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable, funny and enthusiastic. The cheesemaking experience was the highlight of the weekend. I’m stoked to come back in the summer and continue to support such an amazing farm/business.

Excellent and so informative and hands on. I recommend this!! Stephanie was such a great teacher. You not only learn how to make cheese, you get to eat it. I would say from age 8 to 100 would like this.
