If you are biking, walking, enjoying a picnic, attending an event or dining at the many lovely restaurants right on the water, you are in for a treat! The changing weather provides a stunning backdrop to this charming waterfront. A must every time we visit Vermont, perfect for adults, kids, families or couples!

This was a clear winner on my trip. This boardwalks boasts some spectacular views of the NY adirondacks, Lake Champlain, the harbor and some amazing sunsets. It is well laid out and thought through. If you go early, snag one of several swings where you can really enjoy the views. There are lots of benches but if you're adventurous, you... More

The waterfront is an absolutely stunning place to visit in Burlington, particularly at sunset. I would recommend it as the first thing to see in Burlington to any first-time traveler! There is a lovely Boardwalk and nice restaurants nearby that are accessible to boaters (Splash, Breakwaters, Ice House, Shanty, etc).

So much to do at this park. Only limited by your imagination. We walked and enjoyed the sights. Found a cleverly hidden geocache. And even built a stone pile. (Forget what their called)

The park is situated on the front of lake Champlain. The park has separate joggers track and cycling strip. On summer it is full of flowers and very colorful. I visited this place on s wintry day of March when the town was under snow. It is a very relaxing place to spend quite evening or morning jog. You will... More

We stopped by Burlington on a recent road trip. We were only going to get dinner, but decided to wonder around town for a bit. We walked to the waterfront right as the sun was setting. What a lucky coincidence. The view was absolutely magnificent! The area was fairly quiet, except for music coming from a local restaurant. There was... More

Sun, sailboats, and the amazing skyline make this a must do. The Adirondack mountains provide an amazing backdrop. Truly a picture perfect spot. The park is clean with plenty of places to sit and soak in the view. Mosquitoes are active at dusk so bring the bug spray with you if you head over for the sunset...

The waterfront area is very inviting with the beautiful wide walkways and bike paths. Several ice cream trucks were available for your enjoyment. There were boat rides available as well. It was a very relaxing experience.
