we travelled in a party of 6 we were welcomed on-board and had a great time, we were really well looked after and the commentary was very helpful. this is a great trip for 2 or more.

We took the day narration cruise around the lake. It was fantastic! Although a bit warm and windy, there is narration over the loud speakers so you can learn about the shipwrecks and historical sites around the lake.

No ferry from Burlington to Montreal, there is a scenic ferry from Burlington to Port Kent, NY, then you would get on interstate 87 and drive north about an hour to Montreal.
