Lots of local producers who make all kinds of products such as jams, ice cream, vodka from maple sugar as well as art, crafts and of course, beautiful local vegetables. It is worth going even if you are passing through and are not buying food for a kitchen. You can treat yourself to lovely home- baked goods or a meal.... More

The combination of fruit and vegetable vendors is obviously a Farmers Market staple. Now add terrific baked goods (OK not really RARE but I'm telling you these were really good) AND bonus...home distillers who offered a wide variety of home make gin and whisky recipes that were really good. Will make it a point to revisit anytime I am in... More

We recently visited the Farmer's Market while in town and were not disappointed - so much more than anything we could've imagined despite hearing the rave reviews. Grab a smoothie, hand-crafted ginger beer, gourmet pretzels, ice cider, arts/goods, and produce for days! Most vendors only take cash so be sure to stop at the ATM on your way over, and... More

We stopped by the market after breakfast and were amazed at the selection of organic vegetables, local art, food, and even alcohol. We ended up buying some really tasty locally made Maple bourbon from Elm Brook Farm named Rail Dog. Even though it was raining, the standholdres all had tents and it was easy to navigate with an umbrella.

This Farmers Market is as good as it gets! Lots of local fruits, veggies, pastries, breads, crafts; you name it! Be sure to buy a Phyllis Chase shirt from the artist herself.

Wow what an amazing experience this is once you find a parking spot and pay your money. So much prepared foods, and farmers vegetables, and cheeses and meats and crafts. Music as well. The only thing it seemed to lack was any visible signs of porta potties or restrooms. Early in the day no restaurants are open and they don't... More

I would be here every Saturday if I lived in Burlington or nearby. Great variety of cooked foods to purchase. Don't miss the pretzels, unbelievable variety: everything, bacon cheddar, cherry chocolate.... Jewelry, clothing, cosmetics and the most gorgeous vegetables.

We've been to farmer's markets all over the world. This one ranks pretty high up there. I'm jealous because I want this to be near my house! Great variety. Tons of very well-behaved dogs. Great people watching. A dude with a cat on a leash. People doing very advanced yoga moves on the lawn. Wonderful local food. Just a great,... More

Most farmers markets are just that but this was different, this had more than I can write about and something for everyone, from textiles to spirits, to food, food and more food. Vegetables, arts, crafts craft beer, pastry and I don't think we even hit all the tents, thoughtful vendors as well with water stations for our 4 legged friends,... More
