Thea greeted us in a black, flowing hooded cloak and kerosene lantern. I loved how she used names of local employees in the various establishments we viewed, and their eye witness ghostly accounts. As a history buff, I appreciated all the local history of various areas of downtown Burlington. The time flew by as she kept us spell bound!

Thea is a great tour guide. She is fabulous about connecting with large groups, speaks loudly and clearly, and really knows her stuff. She details the paranormal activity that happens at certain places in town. I went on 3 of her tours. I went on Darkness Falls, which is an hour long walking tour in the downtown area; the Tombstone... More

The tour is a one hour walk with stops outside of buildings where paranormal experiences are related by the guide who tells the story and the history of the area. While the tales were thorough, we had a hard time overcoming the lack of setting so for us the "chill" factor was more the temperature that night than the adventure.... More

Such a great time learning about some of the biggest names in Burlington's history while walking through the beautiful Lakeview cemetery on a dark, gorgeous, autumn night. Thea's knowledge of the history and research she has done is extraordinary and is worth the time to learn about some of the local landmarks.

Went on this tour in August 2015 with my wife and teenage son. We had a blast. Thea is so well versed in the haunted happenings in Burlington. We also learned that several infamous historical figures are from Burlington. Take the family you will have a good time

We went with extended family and had a great time. I've lived in Burlington for the majority of my life, but I learned many things I did not know! Our tour guide (Thea?) was delightful. We had a lot of fun as a family but the experience would be a fun and unique date as well. Can't recommend enough!

Thea was very knowledgeable about the history of burlington. She made it fun, with a bit of "spook" to keep me looking behind me or for that ghost in a window. She is lively and I could listen to her for hours.

We've been on two of the tours they offer, and they're a lot of fun. You get to hear about Burlington history with a fun spooky perspective. Not too much walking, just right. The couple are really nice and happy to chat after the tour. I'd highly recommend this. A fun adventure, great for all ages.

Gentle Guest, Your particular tour was full of positive vibrations, and what spirit wouldn't respond to that!? Your boys were inquisitive, respectful, and full of bright young energy. I could tell other guest thought so, too. We are glad you all enjoyed your walk on the spooky side, and wish you safe travels. ~ Thea More
