Enjoyed our two hour tour with Captain O'Connor and First Mate Evan. The weather and winds were perfect. We appreciated the good company of the crew, and the historical information offered up by Evan. Lucky us, we were the only guests. I would recommend the tour to anyone. Good value for the cost. We had a chance to take the... More

I'm sure glad that I choose to join captain O'Connor and Wing man Evan to guide my tour of lake Champlain, they were both very friendly, experienced people who made the experience a very interesting tour. I, for sure, recommend this tour to friends and anyone who wants to see all of the action on the water, or just goo... More

It was a beautiful day with lovely winds but all we did was go straight out and turn around and straight back in, sometimes with motor assist. My husband and I love to sail and were just disappointed that we didn't even make one turn. I had thought perhaps we might sail around the small island. Also, not much in... More

We went with our 2 year old daughter and had a blast. Captain and first mate were first rate and as I injured myself earlier in the day, they even had ice at the ready. One of the best things to do in Burlington - a must see.

My friends and I have gone out on the Friend Ship three times over the past few summers, and It is always a great experience. Compared to the Spirit cruises, the Friendship is personal, quiet, and natural. Even when the ship was full, the setting was intimate and there was space to relax up on the cabin (and it is... More

My husband and I were signed up for the sunset cruise on the Friendship on our August vacation to Vermont. The day we chose turned out to be windy and chilly, but we were prepared to sail anyway. While we were pulling into the parking lot, we got a call from Captain Mike, saying he had decided the weather just... More

I don't often write reviews but feel compelled to do so for the "Friend Ship". We did the sunset sailing cruise on Lake Champlain and it was fantastic. The captain and first mate were friendly and professional, and made every effort to make the trip enjoyable. This was the perfect way to experience the beautiful lake, at an appropriate price.

My wife and I enjoy sailing whenever possible, so we booked a cruise with Captqin Mike and first mate Shawn while visiting the Burlington area recently. To our surprise it was just them and the two of us, and what we got was a personalized afternoon on Lake Champlain. Mike and Shawn shared some interesting facts about sailing, the lake,... More

Had a great time on the boat for the sunset cruise. It was really calm, and beautiful. First mate Shawn was really kind and friendly. Lake Champlain is superb. Really not expensive for what you get. Bring a bottle of wine and you will be in paradise !

Seven of us, 4 Adults and 3 young teens, went on the noon 2.5 hour cruise. Two other couples we did not know were also aboard. The Friend Ship was easy to locate and there are many places close by to get sandwiches or snacks to take with you. We enjoyed Captain Glenn and First Mate Katie who made the... More
