We liked that the tour was self guided and brief but there really wasn't much to see. However, it was remarkably clean. Visiting the store was fun.

Bennington Potters had a great self-guided tour and we learned a lot about the history of potting in general and in Bennington. The store was also large and provided a great opportunity to buy souvenirs (and great pottery in general).

My partner and I, long fans of Bennington Potters wares, made a special trip for a few cut rate pieces. The lines were comically long. But every single person we met was exceedingly polite.

We always stop in at this pottery place when visiting the Berkshires. Love those two house cats and selections of pottery, towels etc. Service is very friendly.

We visited this place recently because of the reviews I read on this site. It was easy to find in the middle of town and everything was nicely displayed. We found it to be very expensive. Some interesting things but definitely a tourist spot!

What a great place- they have been making their own pottery for over 100 years- you can tour the factory if you like- It is truly one of a kind pottery and the showroom is set up very beautifully. So many pretty things to choose from- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is a nice store whether you want their pottery or just need some nice kitchen gadgets or linens. I have several pieces of their traditional splatter ware but also love their newer styles, especially the two tones of the Tavernware. They are pricey but go to their summer midnight madness sale in July for great bargains.

I was surprised both by the quality of the pottery being sold and by the warm ambiance provided by the staff. Very helpful people who had the time to chat me up, even as I was wasting some of theirs. Nice place with quality goods.
