We went here to see the Dino tracks. You want to hike in the morning when it's cooler, not an afternoon hike. Also, make sure the water is low. You'll see more tracks.

Great “lake” close to Vernal worth the trip up there. Dinosaur tracks on the far side are a neat piece of history and a pretty hike. Bring water. Nice places to grill out and fishing pretty good.

We loved this park. They rent paddle boards and paddle boats by the hour. The water was 75 which was nice.

Similar to Powell, but clearly on a smaller scale. Plenty of shore line and parking. Even on the weekend, appeared there was plenty of space and flat water to enjoy the water and views.

We had a great time paddle boarding and kayaking. It was crowded but it was a Saturday. We still had room on the beach and found parking.
