First: The site is 50km from St. Georg and not 17km as indicated by trip advisor.
Second: Visit the memorial, which consists out of 4 sites actually. All within 1 km. Interesting to read the history and see all the names of the victims.
Visted all three sites dedicated to the memory of the men, women and children needlessly killed in this Utah desert
The main site is well maintained and reverent as it memorializes the families slain
It brought home to me a chapter of early Utah history...More
