This is the second time we have used Door to Door ski rentals (first time in Jackson Hole, WY). The online site to set it up is very convenient and easy to use. We made special requests online and they were able to fulfill it without a problem. My husband specifically requested certain demo skis and they brought them for him. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They delivered and set up our skis (and our friends) in less than an hour. They called ahead and were prompt...also very patient with us as we were late because we got stuck waiting for an Uber. Great service and great products for the price.…

Super friendly and patient staff. Delivered equipment on time, with a call in advance to confirm arrival time. Skis were in excellent shape - sharp edges and waxed.

I was debating renting or bringing my equipment and was glad I rented. Door to Door made it easy with great equipment and reasonable prices. If you mailed your skis it would be close to the price of renting so it was a simple choice as I didn't want to have to hassle with them on the plane. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was that for some reason the person delivering the skis called my home phone rather than my cell phone when they were ready for me at Deer Valley. I had called the store to ask if I could wait on the deck and enjoy the view rather than be in the ski locker and was told that was fine. The guy eventually left and when I called the store to why there was a delay, he told me the guy called 3 times and left. Whey they realized they called the wrong number, the guy came back out so I did get the skis and was happy with the equipment. He upgraded me to a premium package for the trouble. Make sure they only have your cell number and you should be fine.…
