Thrill seekers, meet your match on Utah's largest Alpine Coaster. The elevated track winds you through more than a mile of loops, curves and hair-pin curves at speeds up to 30 mph. Just like your favorite roller coaster - but with the refreshing mountain scenery of Park City.

The Coaster is long and is worth it depending on what package you get. You can put a kid in the Coaster in front of you if you need to. It says 54" is the max for a rider with you, but I squeezed my 58" son in front of me. It does make it a little harder to enjoy... More

We were first in line for the alpine coaster on a Wednesday morning. The coaster cars are single seaters, so it's a solo experience. Riding on the coaster car up the mountain is really cool as you go through the brush and alpine forest along the ski runs. The ride down was much more exhilarating than expected as it brought... It is awesome to be able to control what is essentially a roller coaster. Go as fast as you dare! Great family fun!

Great time for the family. Only downside, very expensive for a family. Unlimited day pass does not include many of the popular activities.

A great attraction to check out! Lines can sometimes be long, but worth the wait if you know what to expect. It's about a 2 minute ride, so I'd say its a little pricey for what you get, but still worth doing it if you haven't ever ridden a mountain coaster. Go during the week and avoid the long weekend... Alpine Coaster is a one car roller coaster. A small kid can ride with a parent. A cable pulls the car on a track up the mountain. When the car is released, you take a fast ride through a series of corkscrews back down to the bottom. Do NOT use the brakes unless you are a weenie; if you don't... More

The ride can be fast or very slow. My husband was behind a slow person (using their brake constantly) so his ride was very slow. Mine was good.

We stopped by on our way to California and took a ride on this coaster and it was so much fun! My three year old daughter rode with me and she kept yelling "go faster". All of the kids and adults had a blast and said it was one of the best things they had done in the trip so... More

It's expensive, but tons of fun. At least it is a fairly long ride (5-10 min serene and scenic ride up, 2-3 min of speedy fun down). Don't use the break, just let it fly down and enjoy careening around the curves. We went mid morning on a Saturday and there was no wait.
