About Utah Adventure Center
The Utah Adventure Center will guide you through exiting outdoor attractions all over the state of Utah, but a perennial favorite is VIA FERRATA CLIMBING adjacent to our private 350 ft. waterfall! VIA FERRATA is a mountain-climbing method that lets less experienced climbers safely enjoy the adrenaline rush and spectacular views usually reserved for elite climbers. If you can climb a ladder, you can climb the Waterfall Canyon Via Ferrata. You're always attached to the safety cable. No ropes or knots are required.

My husband and I recently went on a private zip line excursion led by Jared and assisted by Manny. We had an absolute blast! Although I am afraid of heights, I like to challenge myself with a thrill once in awhile and was absolutely not disappointed. The ATV ride up and down the mountain was a thrill, Jared is a consummate tour guide and super interesting guy. We felt as though we were in great hands throughout the experience, and the resulting adrenaline rush from zipping back and forth across the canyon made up for almost 6 months in cloistered pandemic mode:) Don't hesitate to experience this if you are in the Ogden area!!!

I took my 15 year old son on an ATV adventure with Jared and it couldn't have been better! We really enjoyed ourselves going up the mountainside to the waterfalls. Although there were some hairpin turns and you looked off the side of the ATV a few thousand feet down, I felt completely safe because Jared is so experienced and professional. Jared couldn't have been more patient or kind and really wanted to make sure he tailored the experience to what we wanted. I wore the wrong shoes and he helped me every step of the way coming down from the waterfalls. We stopped to see the sunset and got a panoramic view of all of Ogden as well as learning some interesting facts about the mountain and surrounding areas. We will be back to do the Via Ferrata and Zipline! Highly recommend!

My husband has been wanting to do the Via for a long time and it didn't disappoint. I am afraid of heights and was very hesitant to try it; however, I loved it. The guides were amazing, fun, kind and encouraging and made it an enjoyable experience. I look forward to going again and highly recommend it.

Fantastic day doing the Via Ferrata followed by the zip line. Family of 5 (2 -16yo boys and 14yo boy) all had a fun adventure with our guides Matt and Jared. They were kind, patient, fun and very safe. Even the quad ride up mountain to the starting point was fun for the kids. The via ferrata was more challenging than expected, but no problem for the kids. One adult wasn’t up for the physical challenge after completing a quarter of the course, so Matt and Jared did a great job getting him back down with great care and not letting him feel badly about it. The kids are all eager to go back and take a different route up the via ferrata. All in all, highly recommend this activity with the family, especially teenagers that like a fun, outdoor challenge with cool guides. Jared took pictures of us throughout the day and sent a google drive a few hours later with some great shots. For free! I’ve never received downloads of an outdoor adventure without having to pay extra for them. Added bonus!

We took our youth group of several young women ages 12-17 and had the best time! The guides were wonderful, fun, patient and supportive of all of the climbers. We climbed route 1 which was perfect for our group of various abilities. I would highly recommend this activity for families looking for a unique outdoor experience and for groups that want to bond together!
