We did guided snowshoe hikes. One was just my daughter and me during the day and one was my family of 3 children and my husband on a night hike. Both hikes were fantastic. For the day hike, our guide, Matais, took us on a uphill hike to a peak with amazing views of Park City and the surrounding ski runs. The second hike was much easier. It was a night hike and our guide, Arly, was really great. She took us off the path into deep snow. We had a great time enjoying the nighttime views and even got into some downhill races. I would highly recommend Wasatch Adventure Guides.

Great experience with Wasatch Adventure Guides! Took a snowshoe hike and it was an awesome experience. We went on a night hike out to the Utah Olympic Park and the sights were amazing! The night sky in Park City is pretty clear and our guide, Matt, pointed out constellations and planets. My daughter and I really enjoyed the trip. I also used them to book a snowmobile trip and they were fun, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely use them for our next trip to Park City.

If you are planning a corporate retreat and are lucky enough to settle on Park City, UT -- Wasatch Adventure Guides is the perfect place to start planning your excursions. Our corporate retreat consisted of over 120 people including children. Matt Mravetz made sure that we knew the schedule, pick up times and transportation. The feedback from our team and their families has been very positive. WAG helped us schedule snowmobiling, horseback riding, dog sledding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing excursions for everyone on our team. The children had a great time horseback riding and dogsledding, while the adults got their adrenaline flowing with snowmobiling or enjoyed nature and the beautiful scenery with the other tours. The guides were friendly and informative, making sure we were all safe and had a great time. Overall, I give WAG a 5/5, but want to take the time to specifically thank Matt for his hard work and dedication to making our 2022 corporate retreat one to remember.

When is the last time you went of a trip and said that your guide made you the top priority? That’s what we all want, right? You hire someone for their expertise and familiarity with the area, but these guys really worked hard to make sure we all had fun! Both the experienced fisherman and the newby in our party had a fantastic time and caught a bunch of fish, even in a drought and on a windy day. They spent tons of time and got it right-landing several rainbows and a few brown trout, and had a terrific time. Highly recommend Wasatch Adventures!

Craig of Wasatch Adventures took my family snowshoeing to a beautiful spot on a mountainside to watch the Canyon Village fireworks display on New Year's Eve. He made it very easy and fun with pick up/drop off at our condo, providing snow shoes/head lights and best of all, hot chocolate while we watched the amazing fireworks display. I had exchanged emails with Craig for a good month and half before our trip. He was very helpful and knowledgable not only about snow shoeing excursion but on how to have the best Park City experience in general. He really went out of his way to make ringing in 2020 a memorable night! He also took it upon himself to take great photos of us without us even knowing it! Happy New Year Craig and Jenny!

Ethan and Scott were our Fly fishing guides. We were a party of 5 and all, but one had never fished before. We did a half day. They picked us up at our hotel at 8 am. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided the gear and snacks. We were able to fish a stream about 25 miles away. There were no crowds or hiking to the spot. We went on Weaver River, looking out on Echo Canyon. We were a party of 5, and we all caught a fish. Ethan and Scott were informative, enthusiastic, and skilled. This was the highlight of the vacation.
Also, Matt who coordinated the trip and sent emails and texts about what to expect, wear, and how to order the fishing licenses made the whole process seamless!! I would definitely recommend this company

If you’re a single traveler, don’t bother calling. They require you to pay the cost for two people, even if you are alone. Nonnegotiable. I don’t know whether it’s a religious thing, or they hate single people, or what, but they penalize single people by charging them twice as much as couples or families. I wouldn’t mind paying an extra fee, or being grouped with others, but straight up pay twice? No thanks. Weird and strangely hostile policy. You shouldn’t have to be married to enjoy the outdoors.

Epic Fly Fishing Experience With Molly! I took a half day fly fishing trip with Molly and she was awesome. She set my rod up, walking me through the process while patiently answering my myriad of questions. She picked a nice stretch of water and explained her reasoning behind the choice and off we went. She coached me through casting - this took awhile as I am used to other forms of fishing and it’s hard to get out of the habit of snapping my wrist when I cast. No matter - I caught fish! I caught 6 and had missed the opportunity to catch at least 10 more based on my operator error. All of the trout I caught were over 14”!

Along the river, we also saw a golden eagle, an otter, a badger and many songbirds. It was a fantastic day!

I strongly recommend Wasatch adventures Guides as my brother and I had an excellent trip by fishing in the weber river. The equipment was first rate and the guide Chris did an excellent job. It was a beautiful day to be on the river and we all caught some fish.

Melissa was an incredible tour guide, leading my daughters and I on a truly amazing snowshoeing adventure! The weather was perfect - nearly a foot of new snow the night before. We had never tried snowshoeing but Wasatch Adventure Guides supplied all the gear. Melissa gave us a few tips, then led us on a fabulous trail through new snow. The views were beautiful. She pointed out animal tracks and also gave us the history of the area (we were first time visitors). We only saw one other set of people - it was truly an unforgettable experience.
