We have skied for many years basically everywhere in Europe but Park City is much better, by far. The snow ! The slopes ! The snow ! The school ! The snow ! are great. The staff are unbelievable. Ok, ok ... I will say that the infrastructure (chair lifts) is really below what we find in Europe, except the... More

They cant get enough people to work at this mountain because they have cut wages and benefits, and there is no employee housing. As a result they are understaffed, not enough ski patrol or lift operators etc. After tremendous snow, only 1/3 of the mountain is open. So the lift lines are horrendous, the runs crowded, there are boulders sticking... More

Hello Hilary S, Sorry your experience wasn't perfect at our mountain. We've faced many issues with the recent snowfall of 50". With that amount of snow comes a great deal of snow safety work to be done, thus not allowing us to open terrain as much as we would all want. Please understand that staffing is not impacting our operations.... More

We have been twice and enjoy the accessibility and size of the mountain. It looks so crowded at the base, but then you get up into the mountain and have plenty of room and barely have to wait in lines. And the two visits we have made were spring break and Christmas.

They accept ski and snowboard. They have a lift who left us inside a hotel lobby! In the beginning of the Main Street. They have night ski.

We visited for a days skiing on Christmas day. We pre booked our lift tickets on line which saved money but not time as we still had to queue for a ticket as we didn't already have a lift ticket to add it too. We parked, free, at the first car park in canyon - brilliant. There was a truck... More

I have skied here 3 or 4 times in the past 25 years and I was very pleased with the continual development and reinvestment in the facilities. The lift connection with The Canyons is a big plus.

Though sone runs weren't open, the runs that were looked and felt well-maintained. A lot of blue runs were easy to ski or snowboard down.

Great skiing. Good neighborhood type lunch restaurants but be prepared to wait for food and a place to sit at lunch time. Pricey shopping, but if you need a last minute items like I did - backlavas that covered the nose and chin since it was so cold - I was happy to have the retail shops close by. Very... More

First time skiing west of Pennsylvania. What a great time. This is nothing like skiing the Poconos. When we booked trip it was unclear whether or not there would be much snow. During the 5 days here we received over 4 ft of fresh fluffy powder. What's blast. While the weather conditions were challenging the mountain, ski patrol and folks... More

Long Lines, Very Overcrowded, Ridiculously Understaffed. Vail Corp spend lots of money on infrastructure at the expense of skiing. The dog eat dog line funneling has led to altercations ( no staff to help skiers navigate the 6 pack chair lines) and our children are subject to hearing abusive language in lift lines. Park City had been the best family... More
