My family and I rented tubes from Destination for a weekend trip down the Weber. The tubes they rented were very high quality professional grades ones manufactured by Aire. They were superior to anything else we saw on the river that day. So much so that many other people we saw on the river that day asked about where we got them. When checking out the tubes, we met Ozzy who helped get them loaded into our trailer, he was friendly and full of good advice and tips for safely floating the river. I would recommend renting from Destination if you are looking to rent tubes for the Henefer to Taggart stretch of the Weber River.

For my wife's birthday, we booked a 2 hour guided SUP trip with Destination Sports. We had an absolute blast with Oz - he helped us navigate the river, gave us tips on techniques, pointed out wildlife, and made sure we had a good time.
That said, if you don't have any experience paddle boarding, it may be a bit tough.
Regarding COVID procedures, they screened for temperature at check-in and required masks for the shuttle ride back to the starting point. Overall, I feel they did a good job keeping everyone safe.

We booked a whole day rafting trip- it was about 5 hours.
Scott was our guide and he was fantastic! We arrived, met Scott, got life jackets and our safety lesson and then we were on our way!
The whole day trip is broken up with lunch in the middle (sandwiches- they were good) and then a second leg. The scenery was so pretty and Scott was a wealth of information about Utah history and the animals we encountered….we saw two bald eagles!
The rapids were nothing scary, yes, we did get a little wet and yes, the water was chilly!
Highly recommend this company for your rafting excursions and if you are lucky enough to have Scott as your guide, you’ll have the best time!

It was mild, but not boring. My trip started around 4pm and the late-afternoon/evening sun was awesome. I highly recommend it.
You paddle a bit, you float a bit and you get a little wet. What more could you ask for?
Trixie was a great guide, too.

After a record breaking 800+ inches of snow fall winter I was a little concerned about possible safety concerns on the river. I reached out to destinations sports early in the week when I arrived in the area and they immediately called me back and gave me precise, accurate information as to what to expect from the controlled release river. I am so thankful we chose destinations sports and adventures as our river guide. We had a blast with a very experienced staff that greeted us at the gate (Sophie) with a smiling face and friendly reception to base camp. With a group of six ranging from 82 to 9 years old, I couldn’t have felt safer on the Weber river with anyone else other than destinations sports and adventures. Our guide (Katie) keep us all safe and excited throughout the entire trip. She gave local knowledge of the river, it’s wildlife and surroundings throughout the entire trip. Most of all she kept us safe, entertained and happy throughout the entire trip! After an amazing boat ride we enjoyed an excellent barbecue, grilled lunch by the river thanks to Amanda. Destinations sports and adventures is a top notch Weber Rafting outfitter that I would highly recommend to any group of adventurers!

We visited the Park City area in September and reserved a rafting trip through Destination Sports. Stephanie gave a very thorough safety talk and Oz was our raft guide. He was very entertaining and provided interesting information about the terrain. We had a fun and safe trip and will definitely book through them again.

We had such a good time! I was terrified, having never been rafting and concerned that it would be too dangerous for my kids (ages 12, 10, and 6). The entire Destination Sports team put me at ease right from the start. Scott was our guide, and he couldn’t have been more easygoing, fun, and knowledgeable. He quickly learned our names and style/sense of humor and made our experience smooth and exciting at the same time. Definitely recommend to anyone considering it!

My daughter is looking to attend the University of Utah next year, so while on a college visit we looked for something she could do in the snow on a regular basis for exercise and fun with friends. They say if you know how to walk, you know how to snowshoe. They should also say, “make sure your first time is with Dawna at Destination Sports”. She made a simple snowshoe hike into an adventure on Rob’s Trail near Summit County and Park City. She gave us great tips, fun facts, and made snow shoeing fun. The awesome powder helped too, but Dawna rocks. We will come back in the Summer and do some river rafting with her as well. Thanks for the fun and the pictures.

We did this trip with our baseball team and all their families. The staff was wonderful and made it a very enjoyable trip for all of us. They even took pictures on their phones and sent them to us! It was a great experience from beginning to end and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for something to do as a small group, family, or the big group we went with. We had parents all the way down to a 6 year old. Everyone was able to do it and had a great time. Huge thanks to the entire staff. They made it very enjoyable for all ages!

My friend and I had a good time Kayaking with destination sports. We were first time Kayakers (At least in flowing water) and the guide was very patient with us and taught us well. We look forwarding to going back for higher level / more difficult Kayaking adventures. Overall, we had a pleasant experience from scheduling, Kayaking and meeting new people!

Can an adult and two younger kids fit on a snowmobile? We're a fam of five from Florida (not familiar with snow activities!) and snowmobiling looks really fun! We were hoping to rent two snowmobiles, one with an adult and kid, the other with an adult and 2kids. Is that possible?

Elizabeth,
Thanks for your inquiry.
We do not allow 3 people on one snowmobile.
Our option for your third child would be to ride on a snowmobile with a guide as the driver.
