It is accessible by shuttle bus from Park City and it offers a variety of terrain not available at Park City. The Canyons overall reminded me of Whistler on several runs and we all had a fantastic day of skiing!

This place has amazing ski school instructors. The new teen group was fun for our older kids to learn and get to know other teens. Not necessarily a lesson, but a group of teens to ski or board with. My little guy still talks about his instructor today.

This is a very nice resort, but very expensive to stay onsite. If you have the $$$ then do it! All you need is at this spot. If you have a rental car to eat and shop offsite then I advise it.

We were on the far south side of the runs and it was snowing pretty hard. Went back to the other side and it was sunny! There is so much variety here for me, a beginner/intermediate skier. Absolutely beautiful place. I loved that they had a concert going on mid day, too. Sit around the fire pit or get closer... More

I liked the people mover gondola from the bus stop to the ski area. Got my skis waxed for only $15.00. Great lounge are with a fire pit while waiting for the lifts to open. I saw two moose on the ridge under the gondola.

Great snow, great mountains. The Canyons consists of 9 linked mountains and offers great variety. I particularly enjoyed the tree skiing.

The Canyons is a great Mountain with very challenging terrain if you want it. A "must ski" if you are traveling to Park City.

Great ski area. Easy parking. Lifts modern, fast, no large lines. Ski levels for all. Pretty aspens. There are lots of food options, accommodation options and Park City is very close for evening dining and entertainment. There are three large grocery stores to choose from opinion the area for stocking up if staying on a condo. We had a very... More

My family has been to park city several times. The canyons is a great resort! It has a lot of intermediate runs mixed in with double blacks so there is something for everyone. Our kids did ski/snowboard school and lived it! Great skiing, convenient to the airport/lodging.

Stayed in the Waldorf Astoria park city, so there was a gondola that took us from the hotel to the orange bubble lift at canyons. Conditions were good, sunny and slushy powder throughout the whole mountain. Canyons is massive and despite that, that conditions were similar throughout the whole mountain (either slushy powder or powder). Views were spectacular and the... More
