Can't comment on the trip because our trip from UK had to be cancelled because of COVID-19. However, the staff's understanding was excellent and a voucher will be arranged for us to use in the future. The sunrise trip was for the morning of our 35th wedding anniversary, lets hope we can use it for our 36th instead .

Monument valley is breathtaking. Your guide will insure that you see all the monuments from various angles and obtain the best photos possible. We took the full day monument valley and mystery valley tour and were glad we saw both as they have very different feels. Our guide Larry was attentive to our safety, a very skilled driver on rough roads and a very nice presence. Our tour would have been enhanced by more information on the history of the land and its people .

My mate and i attended the Mystey Valley tour, started 05 in the morning to attend the Sunrise at totem pole. Our Guide Jim, did an excellent job, it was a wonderful experience. For me as an individual i fell in love with Monument Valley. Jim has an excellent eye for taking pictures, his pictures are stunning.

Jim also is a very interesting person, with an interesting mindset, taking his job seriously. It was a real gift, having this tour with Jim. Also the lunch was very good.
We were very grateful, getting this experience. We'll definetly come back if covid 19 is history, it was too good to be true. Monument Valley is a very special place.

Cheers from Germany.

The tour was listed as "3.5 hour history and culture tour", we paid $111 each for this tour and the brochure we got when we entered the Navajo lands gave us more information than our guide, Larry, so we really feel that we wasted over $300. We received absolutely zero history or culture. We did get to see some beautiful scenery and we did go off the regular path to see sights we would not have seen without taking the tour but honestly we were disappointed and felt that we had hired a driver not a tour guide. The only information given was the names of the formations. The vehicle we rode in was in very poor condition, 2 doors didn't work, seats were in very poor repair, unsatisfactory tour vehicle for guests. Overall, not at all the experience we thought we were going to get and we would certainly not have paid this amount of money for what we received. In addition, the tour lists a visit to a Hogan with rug weaving demonstration and significance of Navajo artifacts. During our tour we were told we could see this "if you guys want to for an additional $3 per person donation". We choose not to pay extra. We could have gone with many other tour companies for $30 to $40 less per person, we chose this one based on the website description of it being a history and culture tour in addition to seeing the sights, sadly we did not receive this.

We booked a private sunrise tour that was a dream come true for my husband. Sam, our guide was so knowledgable and took us to a few special spots to get the best photos of the sunrise. If you visit Monument Valley the sunrise tour is worth getting up early for. Thanks Sam for making my husband's dream of visiting the sites of the old western movies!

What a wonderful trip to your neighborhood! Our all day tour of Monument & Mystery Valley was the highlight of the trip! While it was a bit rainy that just gave us a chance to sit with you all over some marvelous Navajo tacos and listen to your stories. Felicia was a wonderful guide and such a beautiful singing voice. Her singing for us in the Big Hogan was truly special. The Anasazi ruins, the petroglyphs and rock formations were awe inspiring, as of course the iconic formations in Monument Valley, but it’s really the people and learning more about the Navajo culture that made it all memorable and I will cherish those memories forever. Thank you!

Amory, our Navajo guide, was outstandingly good. He went beyond expectation to show us hidden arches, whorls and caves. He also talked animatedly about the Navajo nation. And he was very knowledgeable about the features of the iPhone!

We elected to take the Mystery Valley tour. Our guide Larry was waiting for us. As much as we enjoyed exploring Monument Valley on our own, the Mystery Valley experience was a whole new level of amazing sights. Larry expertly guide us through some of the roughest roads we’ve ever traveled. The landscape was surreal and so different from its neighbor to the north. We loved the ruins, the pictographs and petroglyphs. Larry shared so much information and cultural highlights with us. I completely recommend Navajo Guided Tour Service and would use them again.

Our tour guide waited patiently for us to arrive as we were running thirty minutes behind, the time zone thing is real! Larry Team was our guide. He was friendly, courteous and full of great information about the history of Monument Valley. He gave us enough time at each point to take pictures and to explore. He helped us take family photos as well. It was excellent to be able to go into restricted areas and see some of the monuments up close. I highly recommend this tour.

We took the 3.5 hour tour and it was the highlight of our trip. Larry was our guide. One of the guests on our tour wanted to see specific sites from a tv show filmed in Monument Valley and Larry made sure we visited those sites in addition to the regularly planned stops. FYI the extra stops were incredible. Larry explained so much about Navajo customs, culture, and government. He explained all the symbols on the Navajo flag too. The stops on the tour allowed us to see parts of Monument Valley we would not have seen on our own. We were able to go into a Hogan and learn about Navajo culture and traditions. If you are going to visit Monument Valley, I highly recommend this tour.
