The lodge was the place to stay -- lots of history, loved the museum and the John Wayne angle (we got to watch one of his early movies in their little theatre). While the weather was less-than-perfect (quite cloudy) our deluxe tour led by David...More

We stayed in the RV campground and its like camping right inside Monument Valley! Its the place to say in my opinion! Showers were fine if a little cramped. The tour they offered (take the longer one, last one of the day to catch sunset)...More

Our 2nd time here. 1st was 8+ years ago and we stayed in one of the cabins in the campground. That was great. This time we stayed in a beautiful king room in the lodge, with a great view of Monument Valley. Room was clean...More

Superb location for visiting Monument Valley. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Only had cake and coffee in the restaurant but both very good. One thing to note, no alcohol available on Navajo reservation, so be prepared. Took the self drive tour due to time restraints...More

The all day tour was awesome. I must warn you be prepared to be bounced around, cause the roads and paths get rough. The tour guide was great and grilled us a wonderful burger for lunch. It is overwhelming the sites you get to see.

The hotel is a bit expensive but it was awesome. Beautiful area, was in one of the suites down the hill from the main building. It was great! So beautiful. Did the all day tour, it is definitely worth the price, more than worth it.
