Getting to stand where John Wayne stood playing Capt. Brittles in "She Wore A Yellow Ribbon" was, yep, pretty good! Got there late and didn't get to enjoy the rest! Would do it again!

The 'trading post' is worth a wander around. Lots of little artifacts on the outside and then the museum itself. Free to enter and lots of interesting things related to the original trading post and upstairs a model showing the locations of all the movies...More

I can't say enough good things about Goulding! We stayed in the RV park. Fun little trails, museum, John Wayne's house, great shops and more. Buy your souvenirs here rather than Monument Valley gift shop. Less money. Monument Valley is just across the street. Great...More

It's at Goulding's Lodge which consists of a restaurant, gift shop, museum, small theater 12 seat that shows free John Wayne - John Ford moves every night.
