Tubing was great

Tubing was lots of fun. We booked our tickets online and went when it wasn't so busy. We did about 24 runs in a two hour period! Best to go on a weeknight and avoid the... read more

This is a beautiful place to golf. The links are well kept and the course is beautiful. Soldier Hollow is where some of the Olympics took place. The view is unbelievable! The food is good here.

We love Soldier Hollow, there is tubing, cross country skiing, ice castle, snow biking and in the summer golf and hiking. Plus the Rocky Mountain Outfitters is next door for horse back riding, sleigh rides, hay rides, etc. I recommend checking Group On or KSL for discounts as activities can be expensive for an entire family plus they tend to... Had the best time here learning how to ski for the first time. Was one of the sites for the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympics.

Tubing was lots of fun. We booked our tickets online and went when it wasn't so busy. We did about 24 runs in a two hour period! Best to go on a weeknight and avoid the weekends, especially if you are staying in the nearby area. Make sure you don't wear good shoes. You have to use your shoes to... More

We went to Soldier Hollow to see the Ice Castles and tubing. Best if you obtain tickets ahead of time as both sell out spots. Lots of fun at both venues. It was fun to walk through the "castle" mazes of ice. Our grandson loved the slide; you will slide better in snow pants. Tubing was fun and we did... More

We took a sleigh ride to the ice castles and the ice castles were amazing. I wish we could have gone in the evening while the castles are lit up but the occupation and reservations are usually sold out or limited. It was still beautiful and the girls in the gift shop were very nice and cheerful.

It is all man made and pretty amazing. There are slides that all ages can go down, but wearing jeans makes you go slower. It is better to wear snow pants. It is fun to walk through the castle and see the many different parts to it. It is family friendly and lots of fun. I did drive up by... More

Tubing was for sure fun, but just know you will be paying resort prices for the activity. When getting our tags, there was no clear line to wait in, just a mass of people trying to talk to cashier at the desk. I felt like this could be more organized. The attendants at the tube lifts were cool and friendly.... More

We went tubing with family including a 6 & 10 year old. They have great tubes that they pull you up the mountain on tow bar line. The tow bar was very efficient. The runs are over 200 yards long. Of the approximate 6 runs 4 had big bumps & 2 were relatively straight. We could go individually or in... More
