DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS HORRIBLE UNSAFE PLACE!!!! There is zero direction or organization, there are visibly inebriated individuals, people skipping the lines up a hill that seems unsafe, no one telling you when or where to go.... I crashed into my child who is 5 years old and he dropped his goggles and hat on the track. I came in before him and when I turned around he was running up the hill. No one was around and it wasn't until I started screaming that someone went after him to help him. No one stopped people from continuing to slide down. He was almost hit by incoming tubing people, who were also distraught and screaming knowing something horrible could have occurred. The people who work there look like high school students and they don't even wear anything identifying. No one came to see if we were ok as we were clearly distraught. I dropped his goggles as I was walking to my car and someone stole it. What a horrible experience!!! I sent them an email and they did not respond. My husband and his mom where not able to go because my husband had a ski injury and they refused to refund the tickets (this was before going to the place). I DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!

Super fun family adventure. Loved the magic carpet. Remember to drag your feet at the cones or you will blow out the end.

After taking visiting SIL & 3 g'kids up on one of first Holiday openings, the "flow" of things was so goofed up on the hill that only got in 2 runs in 2 hours! BUT Mgmt listened & "comp't" us tickets for few days later. Got all the runs in we wanted few days later after they got things worked out :) GREAT fun $ Service.

I have been going to soldiers hollow for tubing for years. This year we made a reservation, for a two hour slot. The lines were so long I was only able to ride down three times. It was very cold which made standing in the longer lines even more unbearable. Given the price the small number of runs we could take due to the crowds was unacceptable—especially with reservations. The runs are fantastic but packing that many people in at once is incredibly disappointing. Used to love this place. I won’t be coming back, ever.

Purchased ahead of time and signed the waiver so we could 'expedite entry'. The reality is...you will arrive and wait in line anyway for them to print your pass'. Lame. The snow on the hill is also subpar and not refreshed. Our passes should have been highly discounted.
