From the minute I walked in I felt very taken care of. Staff and massage therapists were all so welcoming and friendly. My massage therapist was really good at customizing my massage to my needs and issues. I also recommend trying the hot stones, they are a great way to enhance the overall experience of my massage. The spa was also very clean and organized.

PLEASE don't give this company you cc info. Since the first day I had a massage at this place they have been in and out of my account. Taking money that I never authorized them to take. Then when you call for them to fix it. They expect you to be smiles and giggles as they LIE and tell you they are gonna fix it. 2 weeks later I see they have taken more money and then get banned after they've stolen money. This place is a rip off. I had to get all my money back thru my bank and block them from my account. BEWARE!!

ASIAN DISCRIMINATION! HENIOUS! I called a week prior to our appointments to schedule massages for my family. Two couples massages... one for myself and my husband and one for our 14 year old son and my husband. My husband has a very rare cancer. 15% of those with his type of cancer and presenting with his symptoms only live longer than 9 months. It has already been 8 months. Our son just lost his mom in February 2020. We all needed to decompress and have some pampering. Right before our appointment, the spa called to inform me one of the therapist had called in and they would not be able to do a couple's massage. I asked if they could do a single massage then for my husband. The were so kind, apologize and offering an add on. I declined several times as I explain, he is a cowboy and doesn't need aromatherapy or this or that. When I mentioned he was having headaches, she suggested a scalp massage. That sounded good so we went with that. We arrived a bit early. Said hello to Nicole the therapist. They went on back and our son and I waited in the waiting area. We established a rapport with the ladies at the front desk and I rescheduled my appointment for Thursday at the same time as my husband and son as not to miss out. The therapist came out and got some coconut water for my husband. I asked how things were going. She said well and we joked a bit with her as did our son. She said he'd be out soon and that is was a pleasure meeting us all. She had given him her card and told him she would see him on Thursday as she worked the front desk. I had settled our bill and tipped her 20% not thinking it was on the discounted amount and my husband came out with a gratuity envelope. He understood minimum suggestion was $20 and he was going to give her $25. We asked if they could charge the card a second time and so they did bringing the tip to $25. We said bye and thanked the ladies up front and left. In the middle of our oncologist appointment, I get a phone call (see attached link to Google drive) from the spa wanting to discuss an incidence. Basically, they tell me my husband undressed in front of the therapist and that is against their policy. Knowing he had never been to a spa nor familiar with protocol, I said, So my question is; Was it explained to him she needed to leave the room prior to undressing? She said, "Could you say that again? So I repeated my question. She said, No but they were in a conversation... a consultation. They were having a conversation and he just started undressing. You don't undress in the middle of a conversation." I said, "Okay, let me explain something to you... first off... I stopped and apologized if the gal was made uncomfortable then continued... second off he is loaded down with a belt... He is a first responder and has so much equipment...he has suspenders. He has a belt. He has a radio. I continued listing the gear he must offload... so before he even takes his pants off he has to get through all of that. And I asked..."The owner jumps on and starts yelling as to who I am and then says, "That was just the first time. The second time he was naked in a rob and started taking it off in front of her.... Nothing else... naked! " I said, it is not neccessary for you to raise your voice at me. He cuts me off and says, "I am telling you, YOU are banned from the spa. YOU and your family do not come back. Thank you." He then hangs up on me. Wow. I tried calling back only to be hung up on again. So shameful and henious to accuse someone of inappropriate behavior. Every massage I have ever had, I have been left laying on the table face down long after a massage. He was the same. What f'in liars and what a horrible experience. What a way to treat a First Responder - one who puts their life on the line.
What a way to treat someone with cancer. We were better off managing the stress we already are under. From my understanding, this franchise owner does not give commissions to it's employees for product sales where other Hand and Stone locations do.
