Join us for a fun and educational one day family whitewater rafting trip through Split Mountain Gorge on the Green River. Adrift Adventures is one of two river outfitters with a permit to offer this family-friendly rafting adventure, so space is limited and advanced reservations are highly recommended. Try a 4 day rafting trip through the Gates of Lodore on the Green River or a 5 day rafting trip on the Yampa River.

My eight year old grandson wanted to do this one day rafting trip so I went along. The water was pretty rough but we didn't flip over, which is exactly what we wanted. Of course we got soaked the whole trip and that was just fine even though the water was freezing! Our guide, Nathan, was great and all of the other guides and guide-trainees were really nice and friendly. The petroglyphs were very impressive and the whole experience is something we would highly recommend for anyone wanting a fantastic time on land and on the water! We'll be talking about the fun time we had for years to come!

Just being on the river. The guides were wonderful and really made it fun, especially on the rapids. The scenery was so beautiful and unforgettable.

This was our first overnight rafting trip and we could not have asked for a better introduction to the river. The guides were all experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable. Trout Steak Revival lived up to their reputation - musically excellent and just plain old good people. The canyon was extraordinary. I’d highly recommend this trip.

Totally epic! I absolutely loved the artistic views around each corner of the canyon. You won't get any better guides than the ones working at Adrift; each with their own speciality and interests, sharing as freely as the river itself...Don't miss out on Adrift Dinosaur's trips!

We had a wonderful time rafting with Adrift for the day. Even though the water level was low, our guide did a wonderful job making it exciting and sharing so much knowledge with us. We all want to go back again on our next trip to Utah. (We do suggest that they update their vans for the transport to the river. There was no AC and it got a little warm and was difficult to climb all the way to the back. Maybe a bus would be a better transport vehicle for the journey....it was about 45 minutes.)

We had a wonderful trip with Adrift Dinosaur (not to be confused with the Adrift in Moab). This was a return trip as our prior experience with them was top notch. We have rafted both the Yampa and the Green with Adrift and loved both of them and plan to return. Not only is the canyon magnificent and serene, but the forced off-grid experience was very welcome. The trip was well planned and the staff had that perfect balance of competence, a safety mindset with a genuine concern that the guests enjoy themselves and get the most out of their time. Several in our group had run independent trips so knew what they were doing, while a few were first-timers. The staff were able to meet each person where they were. They were accommodating and made it all look effortless. Furthermore, there is an obvious chemistry between the guides and they really seem to be a group of dear friends. This stems from loyalty to the company leader who is a caring and thoughtful individual. The food was great and they managed to accommodate a few of us who are keto as well as the vegans (no small feat). In sum, a great trip with a great company. Look no further…

The river trip is fantastic with the canyon walls looming on both sides often enhanced by petroglyphs. I don't have the words for how beautiful this trip is; trust the pictures. The gear is top notch and the guides are awesome, skilled and wonderful people. We made so many wonderful new friends we just could not have asked for more. As if all of that wasn't enough, the daily treat of music by 3 extraordinarily amazing artists pushed this trip completely over the top. Can't thank the 3 of you enough (Lindsay Lou, Tyler Grant and Kyle Tuttle), you made an awesome trip even more so.
