We had a great time on the kayak, paddle board and pontoon boats at Deer Creek Island Resort. The staff was well prepared, friendly and gave us some quick and valuable lessons on using the equipment. I highly recommend Deer Creek Island Resort rentals for a fun day.

I didn't see a place to leave a specific review for Island Park Infatables, so I will leave it here.
Mark and Tera,
Thank you so much for your hospitality and service on Saturday. Our large youth group absolutely loved their time spent on the inflatables at Island Park. Loved it so much, some of them were hard to get back off! It really added to a great day and both of you were so great to work with along with your sweet daughter. We will definitely put it on our list of "must do's" for the Highland Stake for future similar activities. Also, we will be adding a positive review to both google and trip advisor. Thank you!

The boat and equipment was awesome. We wake boarded, surfed and tubed our butts off. The staff was amazing. They are extremely friendly, helpful and made the whole experience simple throughout. Really made for an epic lake day for the family and friends. Will be back very soon.

This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. All of the staff were great to work with and super knowledgeable and friendly. We rented a surf boat, wave runners and paddle boards over a two day time span and everything worked great. I highly recommend using Deer Creek Island Resort if you don't own your own boat and want a great day on the lake!

My family enjoyment was marred by negative interactions with staff.
I was returning a rented pontoon boat to the dock in a challenging crosswind, when a ski boat quickly approached - straight downwind on a collision course! I tried to wave off the approaching driver ( who could not see me, as there was an unidentified young man standing on his bow). As I quickly reversed before being sandwiched, the man on the bow hollered “ I will help u land the boat”. Now how was I to know that the boy on the bow worked for the rental company?
Okay, I evaded sure collision . When clear ,the boy hopped from the unmarked boat to my rental. With more swagger than a New York harbor pilot, he proceeded to dismiss my assessment of the near crash. I have been driving boats for 45 years.
I later informed him that the top rung of the ladder had broken off. He looked at it and concluded “ there is nothing wrong with this ladder” .
There’s more , but you get the idea:Cocky amateurs are dangerous. And guess who would pay?
I spoke with the manager (John) - he seemed to think I was drunk ( at lnoon).Nope, not a drop.
$350 to be treated like a jerk.

The customer service at Deer Creek was awesome! We have rented boats on Jordanelle in the past but they were booked the week of our family reunion. We easily rented a pontoon & ski boat, and wave runner at Deer Creek and everyone had a great time. We love how convenient and close the lake is to our cabin at Sundance. The prices are much higher than Jordanelle or Strawberry. Hopefully, the prices next year are more comparable to other reservoir marina rentals. If so, we’ll rent again here.

We had a family outing at Deer Creek Reservoir on the Monday after 4th of July. With 14 in our party, the XL Premium Pontoon Boat was our choice for a two-hour rental along with two Waverunner Deluxe Jet Skis and it could not have been better! We arrived early to enter the State Park ($20 Parking Fee) and went right to the Marina to check in our whole group and sign electronic waivers which had previously been started online weeks before. After a thorough driver education briefing and a vehicle condition inspection by the Marina staff, the two jet skis were dropped in the reservoir right on time. However, the XL Premium Pontoon Boat got delayed due to the heavy volume of traffic on the boat ramp so we were nearly 30 minutes delayed getting on the reservoir lake. From there, the next two hours were a true joy for our children and grandchildren. They were able to swim, slide off the pontoon boat two-story slide, switch off on riding the jet skis, and tour the lake on a very luxurious ride. I recommend this same trip for anyone visiting the Heber City area with a party of more than ten! Avery memorable day for the entire family!

Last minute booked 2 Jet skis for July 4th. Absolute beautiful day and location, would highly recommend renting from this location and know I'll be back for more. Machines were in perfect working condition.

We've rented a performance speed boat to take our teens tubing and wake boarding from Deer Creek Island Resort two summers in a row. Both times have been really fun. The staff is friendly and all about making it a great experience. We did have a small problem with our boat but the team was professional and responsive. We will definitely rent from them again next time we visit Park City.
